Looking for an agent

Hi I started my consultation with Respall, I already paid 1k. We're done with the consultation but the agent wasn't that accommodating after the meeting. We are really disappointed as to what we have experienced. Hope you could refer a good agent. Thankssss

Really? Sad to hear about your exp with them cguro depends on the staff you talked to but generally they’re ok naman based on our exp.

Sad to hear your experience. Sa amin ay okay naman yung Respall agent assigned to us. Madami dito sa forum ay na grant na visa with their help.

Minsan mabagal magreply mga agent dahil siguro sa dami ng workload daw nila ngayon. Flooded na rin daw minsan sa meetings yung agent namin. Minsan nga nagOT work pa sya 10pm nagmemessage pa sya sa amin ng update para lang matapos mareview lahat ng docs at maLodge asap yung visa.

Kapag natagalan mag reply tapos urgent yung concern namin ay nagrerequest na ako ng meeting (call sa viber) tapos meron na ako nakaready na listahan ng lahat ng tanong and concerns.

Same here. Bagal ng reply nila, a week bago magreply tapos need ko pa ifollowup ukit para nagreply. Haaay

haha same, nainvite ako nun oct 6 tas late afternoon na kami nainform ni respall hahaha. tas ngayon di pa kami makalodge kasi di pa nila nachecheck yung docs na sinubmit namin. iniintindi ko nalang din kasi nga mukhang overloaded sila at malamang madaming nagiinquire dahil sa dami din ng opportunities sa Aus saka sa state ng Pinas ngayon lol

Nakakadisappoint lang. Nasa collecting documents palang ako and unresponsive na agad hahaha. Kaya naghanap na lang ako ng group para masagot tanong ko, parang DIY pa din pala haha.

Probably better to have them from the beginning. Kasi mas alam nila kung panu ka nila matutulungan. But I think may gunagawa na sa ITA na sila naghahire ng agent.

Hello, my agent is Respall also they usually reply within 3 days po talaga.. what I did is, I collect all the questions I have (list them down sa word document), then I will schedule consultation call with my agent so we can go through all my questions and clarifications. Hindi po talaga sila parang customer service na once you chat, they can reply right away hehe. Just sharing lang po maybe you can do the same style po

In my case, ok naman po yung staff na naghahandle ng visa application ko. Try contacting them through viber, mas mabilis po sila magreply sa mga inquiries kesa sa email.
