Pina assess parin namin. If you include 10 years and above the deduction will be 4 years (bachelor) 6 years (diploma). Nasa ACS guidelines din naman sya. I think the more employments declared higher chance of positive result lalo na ngayon na mahigpit daw si ACS. But for claiming points, last 10 years lang ang pwede.

hi po, question lang regarding employment reference. makakapagbigay kasi yung current company ko ng COE with detailed job description pero may questions lang po ako regarding sa details na required ni ACS:

Sa date of employment, nakalagay kasi: If your role is ‘current’ the employer reference should state, the start date and the finish date to state “CURRENT”. Sa COE kasi namin Hire Date lang yung nilalagay ng HR, need po ba palitan yung nilagay nila to follow yung guideline nila na dapat 'Current' yung value ng hire date?

Eto po kasi yung nakita kong template for employment reference and isa sa nakalagay dito na wala sa guidelines ni ACS is yung stamp/certification of copy. Need po ba talaga yun sa COE?

ang intindi ko sir ang need ilagay is hire date to "current" sample January 1, 2023 to present/current. Ganito yung binigay sakin ng employer ko na CoE: "He joined the company on January 26, 2021 and is currently holding a position of ..." part lng yan dun sa CoE..
alam ko sir nagkaron ng revision sa guide ni ACS and hindi na required yung stamp sa CoE..kakakailanganin mo lang ngayon yung "stamp" pag nagpa notarize k ng affidavit in cases na walang maiprovide na CoE with job description.

so walang nakalagay na CURRENT / PRESENT dun sa COE na ibibigay as indication na ongoing yung employment? dapat meron kasi yun magiging basis ng ACS na dun ka pa din nagwowork. so dapat yung dates dun sa COE is: Hire Date to Present / Current

no need na po ng stamp or certification, follow what is in the ACS guidelines if you will submit it to ACS for assessment

no need na po ng stamp or certification, follow what is in the ACS guidelines if you will submit it to ACS for assessment

may issue po ako sa pagupload ng documents sa ACS , may existing application na ako and expired na po so nag renew lang po , pagupload ko po may error sabi "You can upload only one file.

Can I upload multiple pdf files in a single work experience. I have 10 yrs worth of payment evidence and I don't think I can compress it further down to 3MB without sacrificing the readability.

Hi po uli. regarding payment evidence naman po. ok lang po ba 2-3payslips per company then ung ITR kht ung 1yr lng per company? necessary po b first and last ung payslip or lahat po ba ng years?

Better if makaprovide ka po ng 2-3 payslips per company per year + ITR. Okay din po na add niyo na din po yung SSS and PAGIBIG as supplementary payment evidence.

Depende po kung saan mas match po ang sa Description of Employment Duties ninyo sa ANZSCO Code Information ng bawat occupation. And looking at Description of Employment Duties ng Developer Programmer and Software Engineer same lang naman po and mostly yung title/position po ninyo match sa dalawang occupation

1. Required ba po ba yung abstract ng thesis for everyone or applicable lang siya sa mga diploma grads?

2. Strict po ba sila sa format ng start and end date sa COE as indicated here?

Got my result after waiting for 13 weeks. Sadly, 6 years nabawas sa work experience kasi Diploma lang equivalent ng BSIT sa AMA.

Question: Sa assessment kasi until Oct 2022 lang napaassess ko pero currently employed pa rin ako sa same company. Pwede ko ba isama sa count yung Nov 2022-present sa total number of years para madagdagan ang points? Thanks

Understood. If tama naman na po ang start and end date wala pong problem kahit 2017 pa naissue yung COE as long as complete po yung details na nirerequire ni ACS like Job Description, Start and end date, position title etc..

Di naman po strict sa format as long as clear naman po yung start and end date wala naman pong issue.

We always use the Australian date format as specifically emphasised on the ACS guideline. Just follow what it says so you have that piece of mind. When clients give shows as their letters in the wrong format specified, we send it back for revisions - for simple reasons - follow instructions.

ACS has been quite difficult these days, you’ll never know, they could raise this issue up. On the safe side, just make things simple for you, follow the instructions to avoid any hassle.

One more thing po.

One of the employers (an agency) I had is now out-of-business. They did not provide any proof of payment evidence. For my payslips, they did not provide it. For the bank statements, it's just a generic 'cheque deposit'. For the ITR, Notice of Assessments in SG don't bear the employer's name.

Would a Statutory Declaration from the client company / colleague suffice? Or am I just out of luck

Above is my experience with total of 11 yrs 8 months as Software test Engineer and I graduated BSCS but my school is Section 3. Having that I foresee a deduction of max 6 years sa experience ko.

My Questions are:
1. will the years be deducted from my Company C since Company A and B is not related to the Occupation im being assessed?
2. As of now I don't have any proofs prepared for Company A-C (some for company C) as I know only last 10 years will be assessed and I don't have any of it as of the moment especially payslips since angtagal na. So question is, do I need to provide docs for Company A to C as well?
3. Lastly, what's the difference of MLTSSL and STSOL?

Kung hindi related yung occupations, imamark sya ni ACS as not relevant, so hindi ka makakaclaim ng work exp dun sa work na yun. So yes, sa Company C sya mag uumpisa magdeduct

MLTSSL - medium to long term skills list (can apply visa 189 and 190)
STSOL - short term skills list (can apply visa 190)
