You dont have the assessment result yet? Then wait for it to be released to you. Only then you will have the reference number.

There is no way you can submit the EOI without a valid skills assessment.

Ang pagkakaintindi ko kasi, once makareceive ka na ng invitation to apply, naka lock na ang points.. so does that mean habang di pa naka lock in, pwede ka pa mag update ng docs.. tama ba?

Another question is, tingin nyo kaya may chance pa rin ako (kahit maliit) to apply for visa subclass 189? based kasi sa nababasa ko sa groups puro mga matataas points ng mga nai invite.. Thanks!

Since 65 na pts mo, pasok ka na sa minimum, pwede na yan technically. I would do the same, if I were in your position - I am going submit the EOI now. Then later on, update ko na lang after the PTE retake (hoping for Superior).

We never know, pwedeng ma-invite ka with the minimum points lang haha. So I'll take the smallest chance to be included in the "pool" as soon as I can.

ROI submission depends on the state, you have to check each state's website for their own process.

It could help with Acs but as far as points for migration purposes, immigration will only consider the last 10 years so no point adding it in EOI, you won’t get points from beyond 10 years

AMA Computer College Graduate po ako and wants to do an ACS assessment.

Ang ini-aim ko po kasi na role is IT Architect ng Microsoft 365(Power Platform, Azure, etc), and (261111) IT Business Analyst yung pinaka malapit na occupation na nakita ko.

Eto po yung experience ko and I can outline naman lahat ng projects na relevant sa IT Business Analyst for each experience listed below.

• IT Consultant - 1 year
• IT Systems and Network General Manager - 3 years
• IT Systems Manager - 3 years
• IT Support - 2 years

Question ko lang po if okay lang po ba na 261111 ang aking role? Tama po ba desisyon ko?

Meron po kasi ako nakita na 26311 (Computer systems and network engineer) pero kahit meron ako certs relevant to it, parang ang babaw lang po kasi talga ng experienceko sa network which the reason na puro CCNA levels lang tinake ko before (3 certs) and eventually hindi ko na ni-renew.

Gusto ko po makahingi ng opinion niyo. Kung meron po Migration agent na willing po mag advise and magassist, PM niyo nalang po ako sa fees niyo.

His full background is BSECE from section1 school, BSECE board passer, and has more than 10 years of experience as Developer Programmer.

My husband received an email from ACS saying na mag RPL siya instead of normal assessment which he has to pay additional $200 and kung hindi nya ito iavail they put onhold his assessment for 30days pa.

I have the following questions given the above situation.

1) Kung hindi na magchange ng assessment type to RPL possible na massess agad ng ACS instead of waiting yung 30days pa, kasi nakaput on hold yung assessment nya dahil dito sa pinapapagRPL siya.

2) Advisable ba na hindi na siya magRPL given na inadvise sya na mag RPL?

3) May chance paba na 2 years lang ang ibawas sakanya na experience kung hindi siya mag RPL? Kasi ang alam ko sa RPL automatic atleast 5 years ang ibabawas na experience.

No need po if CoE but if its an affidavit need po. The he rest docs hindi na pinapanotarize only the affidavits po.

Why would they have said po sa email na "qualification have been assessed as meeting the ACS educational requirements" then magsabi sila that he has to move to RPL?
Bothered ako sa contradicting statement.

And why is that ang statement din sa email seems like maskaunti yung experience na maclaclaim nya pag nakageneral assessment sya versus RPL but when it comes sa criteria it says RPL 6to8years deduction while sa general assessment its possible to have max of 6 years deduction po?

Why not be straightforward to say that we have submitted a wrong application to go via RPL instead may mga grey areas na hindi ko po magets si ACS kung ganun ang ibigsabihin po nila.

Is there any applicants po here that receive such email din po to go via RPL and still proceeded to general skills assessment?

Mag-email padin pala kami directly sa ACS assessor to ask if that is exactly what they meant instead of reading between the lines kung mali ba kami ng application.

Though I am hoping to still hear from people din sa mga nakaexperience na pinagRPL sila ng assessors nila after submitting a general skills assessment.

Exactly. Double check with them but agents like myself have had many issues with them recently. They are have not been precised with their com my only to be caught out in the end that they’ve made a mistake. Usually they email applicants to offer RPL if normal application will yield a negative outcome. Good luck.

Tinutulungan ko siya magcompute ng points pero di ako sure sa requirements para maka-claim siya dun sa partner skill qualifications.

Age = 30
*Education = 15 (Hopefully since from Section 1 school siya)
*Experience = 15 (Hopefully since 9 years of relevant working experience all PH-based)
*English Proficiency = TBD (Assuming Proficient muna=10 pts)
*Partner qualifications = TBD (Assuming 5 pts muna)
*NAATI = 0 muna
Total = 75 pts

Short background, yung misis po ng Kuya ko ay Industrial Engineering graduate, pero puro IT-related work experience tama po ba dapat may ACS assessment din siya kung balak magclaim +5 pts sa partner qualifications? Tapos regarding sa English proficiency sakaling gusto magclaim ng another +5 pts, uubra po ba dun yung Certificate na English as medium of instruction nung college o dapat at least competent score pa din sa PTE or IELTS?

Lastly, regarding sa experience po ni Kuya, 3 years siya dun sa Company A at almost 6 years dun sa Company B isasuggest niyo po ba na ang inonominate niya ay yung sa Company B since dun siya mas matagal? Thank you po Sir @_sebodemacho opo gusto naman niya hirap lang sila ngayon sa time management at may newborn baby kaka-2 mons palang kaya sabi ko sige assist ko na siya sa mga kailangan i-clarify. One at a time po muna sabi ko PTE muna focus tapos saka unti-untiin kumpletuhin docs para sa ACS assessment. Opo yung undergraduate niya ay mismong BSIT naman po. Kakareply lang po niya sakin sa Company A eh ang role niya ay IT Operations Associate for 3 years and 1 month tapos sa Company B eh Technical Support Engineer for 5 years and 11 months. Alam niyo po ba magandang inominate na occupation? TBH di ko alam difference nung iba't ibang IT-related nominated occupations po hahaha.

Sya lang makaka sagot nyan based sa job duties nung dalawang episodes na yun. Compare them against the ANZSCO job codes for ICT, take the closest one.

Thanks po sa insight niyo po. I did call them po, though sumagot naman po sila sa tawag ko, kaso medyo paasa po kasi sila, sabi mag uupdate daw po sila sa akin. More than 2 weeks na po di pa rin po sila nagbibigay ng advice.

Naghohope pa rin naman po ako na iassist pa rin po nila ako.
