yes pwede naman, pero check yung state requirement, kung possible. sa Victoria for example, isa lang ROI na active, so mamimili ka talaga if 190 or 491 aapplyan mo.

sakin dati dumating yung result after 6 weeks pa from that status.. pero last year pa yun. medyo busy lately ang ACS so baka mas matagal sa 6 weeks yung waiting time

can I ask po for those who have experience and/or who knows the answer.

I am currently in progress sa Visa 482, but there are issues with the employer so its still in progress til now (about a year na). All the works are done by the employer and in their immi account.

Questions:
1. Can I go ahead and apply for visa 491 on my own?
2. Do I have to inform the employer if I decided to go ahead for 491? I worry na baka di nila proceed ang 482 in case I informed them

Yes, you can. Just take note that 491 visa condition you should be living and working (your employer address) in designated regional area. Requirement as you file your PR after 3 years.
Better let them know.

There is no exact answer to your situation. You're the only one who could self-assess based on the ACS guidelines and your transcript.

Deduction for bachelor is 2-4 and associate is 4-6 may major minor thingy pa, just check ACS guidelines.

Me and my husband were both from section 2 schools but different uni. I got assessed as bachelor and he got an associate's degree. Factors that may affect are the course, subjects/curriculum, and probably grades (I read it somewhere but cannot find anymore).

If you have a spare budget, willing to irisk, probably you can file an ACS now.
If not, it might be safer to wait an additional year so you could have 6 years of solid exp. While waiting, familiarize yourself with the process. Start collecting CoE, tax cert, payment evidences, etc. before you knew it isang taon na pala lumipas pag aasikaso palang ng documents.

Better yet, minimize your risk by talking to an immigration lawyer.

nasa sayo naman kung susundin mo, pero siguro yung job description na binigay mo is more related sa BA kaya nagsuggest yung ACS ng change

mas maikli sa review -- around 7 weeks siguro pero depende kung busy ba ang ACS or not

for skilled migration ba yung target mo? hinahanap ko kasi yung ANZSCO code ng Cyber Security Analyst (262116) pero hindi sya kasama sa skilled occupations: https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/working-in-australia/skill-occupation-list#

Kung target mo skilled migration (visa 189 / 190 / 491), first step siguro is hanapin mo kung sang ANZSCO code ka pwede magpaassess. Dyan sa list na sinend ko, may corresponding Assessing Authority kung san ka pwede magpa assess.

Hi. got 15+yrs experience here. since under section 3 po ung school so expect ko po 6yrs deduction and equivalent to diploma (10points). given n complete po ung required documents ko po for 15yrs experience ko po. yung deduction b based s 15yrs or s past 10yrs lang po? 15-6=9yrs (15points) or 10-6yrs=4yrs (5points)? tia.

for example, nagpasa ka EOI with 65 pts (with pte=10pts lang) tapos nakareceive ka na ng ITA. May effect pa ba kung mag-aim ako na pataasin PTE score ko?

Locked na ang pts pag nainvite sa ITA, and there's no point to increase your score kasi the whole purpose of the scoring system is to get an invite. Once na may invite ka na there is no need for the score increase.
