House Rental

Hi, mahirap bang makapagrent ng house sa NSW? Kasi pagpapasok na kami ng Aus wala pa kaming work maghahanap pa lang since 491 kami. Or na approved naman basta may pang bond at advance?

Get temporary housing while you look for a job and lease (house/apartment). AirBnb is a good option for short-term rental, but unsustainable as long-term lease.

Tight ang housing market nowadays due to the crisis, but not impossible to secure one. May mga requirements, for example tenancy record, proof of funds, etc. I don't think enough na may bond and advance ka, especially since you'll be competing with other applicants, but as with all things pa-swertehan na rin lang talaga. All this to say na better to have a safety net (temporary place) while you settle in. Based ito sa mga answers na nakuha ko from housing-related questions ko before :)

Is it possible that we enter in Melbourne and leave there while looking for a job in regional NSW? Tapos lipat na once we have a job? It is possible for 491? Or pede namin gawin guarantor ung sister-in-law ko na citizen ng Australia?

Hi. Halos same case po sakin.

Someone replied to a question similar to this on another thread. Maghanap lang daw ma'am sa job bank kung saan in demand ang work nyo. Which makes sense syempre dun ka sa maraming opportunities, that's how i ended up choosing NSW. Yung next hurdle mo naman is kung regional ba yung lugar na maraming work. It gets a bit more complicated at this point pero baka naaalala mo pa kung paano gumawa ng venn diagram. kelangan mo yung intersection kung saan marami kang work at regional area. That should trim down your options significantly. May nagsend din ng link kung anong zip codes ang considered na regional, i suggest you bookmark that too. Hope this helps.

Focus on the application first. Then once u got invited or even magrant ka. Dun mo na isipin yung place to stay. It will be overwhelming to you kung iisipin mo na lahat ngayun.
