Thank you @_sebodemacho! Sayang di kami same ng List :(

Ano yung ANZSCO code ninyong dalawa?

    Main: 261111 ICT Business Analyst
    Partner: 262111 Database Administrator

For your partner, purely database administration ba ginagawa nya? Walang programming/coding? Check nyo yung Developer Programmer or Software Engineer na job code. Baka naman mag-swak either of that. Pwede yan for 189, 190 and 491.

Ung payslip pano ung 3 payslips start end at middle? Like 3 pages lang talaga? Nalilito kasi ako baka hindi ma recognize lahat ng years of experience kasi di naman ako palipat lipat. Salamat po.

Hi. I just got my IELTS result and I only got an overall band of 6.5 (L-6.5, R-7.0, W-6.0, S-7.0).
Based dun sa Visa Points Calculator sa aus immigration, I got a total of 70pts (if ma-accept ang 8yrs or work exp), if deducted ng 2yrs, 65 pts lang ang total.

**Question: Should I re-take my IELTS or may nakapag try na ba ng “re-mark” sa ielts and tumaas ang score?
Or should I push through and go to next step which is the Skills Assessment? Please pa-answer po. **

    Age: 29
Work: Developer for 8yrs, under one company only.
School: Bachelor’s Degree (trimester school so 3yrs lang and nakagraduate na)
    Status: Single
    English: Competent (6.5)

Minsan overthinker tayo eh no. haha. As long as related yan sa Anzsco na nominated mo, nothing to worry.

Not a problem. Standing doesn't matter :)

Usually for payslips, first and last/most recent lang for each company but I think since isa lang employer mo, and mukhang na-keep mo naman lahat ng docs mo, better to provide per year. Baka may same case sayo na makasagot.

May bearing po ba sa application if may relatives na citizen na sa Au?

Wala sa independent subclasses, pero may subclass 491 family sponsored na pwede mo applyan pag meron kang 1st degree relative (uncle, sibling, cousing). +15 pts ka pag may relative

hello po, question po regarding EOI application. hingi lang po ako ng advice nyo, I have a visa 476 that's on process po. it's a holiday visa that enables me to live, work and/or study in Aus for a period of 18mos. most prolly it will be granted within this year and I have already submitted my EOI. what would be the best option po kaya? i have these scenarios:

    1. wait for invite while in the ph, from invite up until lodgement, need po ba na nasa PH pa rin ako?
    2. hold EOI application, wait for visa 476 grant, fly to Aus and submit eoi while in Aus.
    3. may other options pa po kaya?

hope someone can respond po. thank you :)

Generally walang bearing ang EOI til mainvite ka and maglodge. Kung ang EOIs mo ay for 190, just check the state reqts kasi some states need their applicants to be offshore/residing in the state (might be different nowadays). Leave it as it is for now malay mo mainvite ka agad

Malapit na magrant 476 mo. My brother who lodged back in June 2020 was granted finally a few days ago.

that’s nice to hear! i submitted rin po Jan 2020. i’m planning sana magamit ung 476 early next yr while waiting for invite para makaipon rin for visa application lol. although, ang dilemma ko lng po is pag nainvite ako this year, tama po no, na need ko muna magstay sa ph until ma-grant? Or until lodgement?

hello po, question po regarding EOI application. hingi lang po ako ng advice nyo, I have a visa 476 that's on process po. it's a holiday visa that enables me to live, work and/or study in Aus for a period of 18mos. most prolly it will be granted within this year and I have already submitted my EOI. what would be the best option po kaya? i have these scenarios:

    1. wait for invite while in the ph, from invite up until lodgement, need po ba na nasa PH pa rin ako?
    2. hold EOI application, wait for visa 476 grant, fly to Aus and submit eoi while in Aus.
    3. may other options pa po kaya?

hope someone can respond po. thank you :)

Generally walang bearing ang EOI til mainvite ka and maglodge. Kung ang EOIs mo ay for 190, just check the state reqts kasi some states need their applicants to be offshore/residing in the state (might be different nowadays). Leave it as it is for now malay mo mainvite ka agad, cancel mo na 476 mo pag ganyan.

Just update your usual country of residence in the EOI agad agad kung sakaling lumipad ka na ng AU with 476 at wala pang invite.

Repost ko lang po. Anxious lang baka may makalimutan ako.

    Hi everyone,

I finally wrote down all the docs I need to gather. pwede pong paki check kung tama?

    Section-1: Personal Documents

    Mandatory docs
    1. Passport
    2. Government ID
    3. VEVO issued document - ano po to?
    4. CV

    Applicable docs
    4. Birth Cert
    5. Marriage Cert

    Section-2: Application Type Documents

    Step 1 of 2
    1. Diploma - ito po yung Testamur/Cert diba?
    2. TOR

    Step 2 of 2
    1. Employment Reference (with duties & responsibilities)
    2. 2 forms of Payment evidence - start & end date of the ff: ITR, SSS, Pag-ibig, PhilHealth

    Applicable docs
    **3. Company name change letter****

    QUESTION:

Please, please advise po if I'm missing something sa docs. Appreciate all your help.

Why would it be red flag? Pursuing Australia doesn’t mean you can’t carry on living your life and miss out on other opportunities.

I think ok lang yan. Nung time ko, IT ginamit ko to get the PR visa. I was working in a different industry na. I think a year or more na din. Basta pasok sa grace period, forgot na how long, last 5 or 10yrs pa. Ok lang yun

I would like to ask sana if anong magandang i-apply na ANZSCO for EA?

I think you can go with either of the 2 since they seem related naman. You can review the ANZSCO descriptions of each and see which is closest to what you are currently doing.

Which one has a higher chance of approval? Field assessed by ACS.

You should check if your occupation can go for 189, or check which state you can apply for 190. It's not a question of 'higher chance of approval' - maggrantan ka ng visa sa either 189 or 190 pag eligible ka at nasatisfy mo points reqt. It's more of a question of what visa type you can apply with your occupation.

I have questions on 2 cases if working onshore.

Case 1. I'm working onshore (part time), and ung work ko is RELATED sa Nominated Occupation ko, pero hindi siya nasama sa Skills Assessment. Do I still have to include it in my EOI?

Case 2. I'm working onshore (part time), BUT, ung work ko is NOT RELATED sa Nominated Occupation ko. Do I have to include it in my EOI?

Salamat po in advance sa tulong. :)
Hoping for advise and clarifications, especially kay Ma'am @RheaMARN1171933 .
Thanks and goodluck sating lahat sa new financial year. :)

    Thanks.

It's safe to not claim for points for that since it was not part of the the skills assessment. You could include it in the EOI, but mark as NOT relevant.

I have questions on 2 cases if working onshore.

Case 1. I'm working onshore (part time), and ung work ko is RELATED sa Nominated Occupation ko, pero hindi siya nasama sa Skills Assessment. Do I still have to include it in my EOI?

It's safe to not claim for points for that since it was not part of the the skills assessment. You could include it in the EOI, but mark as NOT relevant.

Case 2. I'm working onshore (part time), BUT, ung work ko is NOT RELATED sa Nominated Occupation ko. Do I have to include it in my EOI?

You could include it but mark as NOT relevant.

Pwede ko rin bang hindi ko na i-include sa EOI ko ung part-time work ko (either the work is related or not related sa Nominated Occupation ko). Ok lang ba yon? May negative effect ba yun sa application ko if hindi ko i-include sa EOI ung part-time work ko?

Thanks pala sa response @_sebodemacho .
And salamat din po sa tutulong in advance.

I believe as long as 20 hours per week considered siya.

"Employed means engaged in an occupation for remuneration for at least 20 hours a week."

Be careful on claiming points upon EOI application na hindi related sa nominated occupation mo, baka ma overclaim points, and will create possible issue in the future. Make sure to tag it as non-related sa nominated occupation.

I actually DONT plan on claiming points for it kahit related sa nominated occupation ung part time work.
Ang question ko actually is, pwede ko bang i-exclude or hindi na isama yun sa EOI. As in, pwede ko bang hindi na i-input ung part time work na yun sa EOI, since hindi ko naman iki-claim for points yun?

Thanks again sa mga response. Hoping to get clarity on this. Salamat.
