Date of submission: April 3, 2023
Date of results: July 6, 2023
Occupation: QA Engineer
ANZSCO Code: 261313 (Software Engineer)

Tried my luck lang if macoconsider as SE yung occupation ko since same lang naman ang description nila sa ACS. Depende lang talaga sa sinubmit mong job description kung maaacknowledge. I think kung QA ka, plus points if may automation experience (just my opinion) and nabasa ko rin na may mga nagtry magpaassess ng SE kahit QA sila. Thank God suitable naman. Also, reiterate ko lang yung nabanggit previously dito sa thread na nagbibigay si ACN ng COE with job description. Make sure niyo lang na iindicate sa request na kailangan ni ACS ng COE with job description in order for them to assess your skills and provide an approved list of roles from your previous manager/senior. In my case, nagbigay talaga ko ng steps for them to access the checklist of ACS as proof na need ko talaga yun. Ayun, thank you ulit sa forum na to, sobrang helpful niyong lahat.

Grabehan na yung tagal ng ACS assessment these days. Dati max 5wks lang meron na results.

Sharing the good vibes! I received the good news this week! Got assessed as suitable for migration under ANZSCO 262111 Database Administrator and having my degree as comparable to an AQF Bachelors Degree Major in computing. It took 15 weeks total from March 21, 2023. Just wanted to thank @RheaMARN1171933 and her team who handled my case. Very professional and talagang decision-ready na dapat lahat bago isubmit kay ACS. Worth it yung paghihintay! Good luck sa mga mag apply pa lng at sa mga naghihintay pa ng results 🙏

You can also opt to use SSS (Employment History, Contributions) and PAG IBIG contributions as they clearly mentioned the company named there. Though counted as one payment evidence lang ito.

You can try sa FOI website for ITR pero most people I know were not successful dito as BIR does not keep physical records for long.

I was able to request payslips with one of my previous employers, maybe still try to request hoping they have digital records saved.

Strict sa guidelines ang ACS so make sure you follow the instructions carefully and check your document thoroughly. Good luck!

For salary credit transactions po sa bank ask for a credit memo instead of a bank statement. Yun po yung ginamit ko and positive naman yung results. Included po yung name nung employer dun. In my case, yung credit memo po for the current month nakuha ko agad pagkarequest ko. Pero yung transaction from 4 years ago nagrequest pa sila main branch ng copies. Took around a week bago po nakuha.

P50 per page po if I remember correctly. And 2 pages po each credit memo dun sa request ko.

congrats po! para po samin na diy, may mga tips po ba kayo na mabibigay po?

For employment reference, followed ACS guidelines lng din. Importante yung mga format like dates na naka DD/MM/YYYY at signed in company letterhead. Sakin din nanggaling yung description of duties performed tapos pinapirma ko sa managers/hr ng previous company ko. Then bukod sa position title, nilagay ko pa specifically yung role ko. For payment evidence naman naproduce ko per company is 1 month payslip commencement and end, BIR 2316 commencement year and end year, screenshot of SSS contributions showing company names. Swerte lng din at naitabi ko lahat ng BIR 2316 ko from 2011.

Meron din sa akin na hindi magkasunod yung year ng reporting date sa SSS screenshot pero wala naging problem. Tapos kung wala pa 2023, better check with employer.

Hi everyone, magkaka issue po ba if wrong spelling yung payslip? Kulang kasi ng isang vowel yung pangalan ko at isang word ang middle name ko.

Correct spelling: Juwan Dela Cruz Santos
Payslip: Juwn Dela Santos

Pero yung company email ko na nag receive ng payslip eh correct naman po yung spelling (first and [email protected]). Pwede po kaya e screenshot ko nalang kasama email address?

Baka questionin yan kahit one vowel lang kulang. I suggest mag affidavit ka nalang din na sayo talaga yung payslip.

AFAIK, the only way na ma grant ng bachelors degree from section 2 / 3 school is kung may PRC license

Hi @jinigirl did you pay the 395 AUD review fee or did you just inquire through e-mail and they updated the assessment result?

Kasi I attached my ECE PRC board certificate naman from the start. I'm from section 2 school applying for computer network engineer pero assessed as associate lang kaya 6 yrs na-deduct. I sent them an e-mail inquiring muna and haven't paid the review fee.

No need to wait. Get things started now. The years of experience will accumulate over time. You can still claim work experience even if it wasn’t assessed. As long as you’re in the same occupation since the last employment episode that’ was assessed. Bachelor degree from section 1 with major Ict would mean ACS will deduct 2 years

Hello po ma'am. Developer programmer here with 4 years of experience (all relevant work) under section 2. I'll be at my 5 years experience po next year June 2024. According to some agents I consulted with, for me to get a positive result mag wait na lang daw po ako next year. And also I would like to know how many years po kaya deduction sa akin? maraming salamat po

Ano pong degree niyo? Engineering po ba or IT? Kasi for example, section 2 school ka and board passer, pwede yang maging bachelor's degree. Then depende kung ICT Major or Minor, pwedeng 2-5 years deduction. Kung IT / CS naman, since walang boards dun, associate degree ang equivalent, and deductions will be 5-6 years.

Kung 5 years deduction and maka 5 years na kayong work exp, positive assessment naman yun, wala nga lang points para sa work experience, tapos pang associate degree na points din para sa education.

He's a BS comp sci graduate sa ust. Worked in PH for 5 yrs (iba ibang company), then 12 yrs sa SG sa iisang company.

Question: pwede bang ang ipa-assess lang sa acs ay yung work experience nya sa SG? Mahirap na rin kasi kuhanan ng reqts yung work sa pinas dahil nagsara na. I know need ng statutory declaration pero wala na rin kasi syang connection sa previous colleagues. Tanggapin kaya ni acs? Naka-12 yrs naman na sya sa current employer nya sa sg. Mabawasan man sya ng 2-4 yrs sa work experience, pasok pa rin sa max points.

Yes, pwede yan isang company lang. Last 10yrs lang naman tinitingnan ng ACS.

Though, it would best to include beyond the last 10yrs kung kayang makapag bigay ng evidences. Meron kasi instances before (not my own experience though, just read that here) na dun sa beyond 10yrs nagde-deduct ng skill level requirement. Pag ganon, full work points agad yung makukuha ng friend mo kung positive results.

Nag aalangan lang daw kasi mahirapan na sya kumuha ng mga evidence from pinas. At mukhang wala na rin natabi na payslips and itr hehe.

Will this do? Nakakhiya mag request uli since di ko na mga kakilala yung current HR. I told them naman to indicate the company email of the manager and number, but they opted not to siguro.

kaka check ko lng nung RPL mukhang matrabaho gawin.

Meron ba sa iba na nagsubmit nlng ng evidence of passing ng PRC?

Sakin din, section 2 school, licensed ECE (pero expired na) and software engineer ang pina assess. Positive assessment naman and may bawas na 4 years of exp. Medyo matrabaho nga yang RPL, good luck po!

Ex. 2020 - 2021 - 1000 pesos
2021 - current - 2000 pesos

Saka sa bank statements ko po ang company na nakalagay ay yung sister company namin okay lang po ba yun or need ko mag ask ng letter sa HR?

Was wondering if I could use my assessment when applying for jobs in Australia? I will be going there on a 494 subsequent-entrant visa since it is a quicker option compared to applying for 189 or 190 offshore specially with huge number of applications for my ANZSCO code.
