Hi po. Better to sign it with hand then scan. I remember yung assessment pa lang, binalik sa akin lahat ng docs na may e-sig ako. They don't accept e-sig raw so I assumed ganun din ang DHA

Hi guys, question sa mga offshore nag apply for 190 — sapat na ba yung NBI clearance for character check or need din ba natin ng AFP? May nabasa kasi ako sa FB group na offshore pero hiningian nung AFP na may alias? Medyo kabado nako haha, baka kulang pala papel ko 😅

Yeah AFP in the onshore context is Australian Federal Police clearance. Baka namali lang sya ng type hahahaha. Onshore pala sya.

La naman hiningi na other docs for my wife (aside from the obvious MarCert). Ni-attach agad namin yun and yung old passport nya. Kasi nag sagot kami ng Form 80 e and sa pagkaalala ko merong tanong sa mismong visa application about Other Names. We just declared that she was known by her maiden name before marriage.

99% confused lang ung poster, haha. AFP sa context ng AU immigration is Australian Federal Police, pero relevant lang for onshore applicants - or nag stay sa AU before for 12 months accumulated

If you stayed in any country for more than 12 months during the last 10 years, you need to provide police clearances for each. So possible na hingan ng AFP even offshore applicant if naka indicate sa travel history nila.

It's really a case-by-case thing. One day there's a pattern, the next day wala na without warning. I've seen some get CO contact shortly, others a few months after lodgement, some redundant CO contacts pa, and others none at all (straight to grant).

It's really a case-by-case thing. One day there's a pattern, the next day wala na without warning. I've seen some get CO contact shortly, others a few months after lodgement, some redundant CO contacts pa, and others none at all (straight to grant).

I got CO contact 5 months after my lodgement date . And today, 3 months have already passed since I responded to CO. Imagine the stress na meron ako. Already waiting for 8months. . But need to go with the flow. I've seen someone na same lodgement date at co contact date namin na nagrant last week. May nagrant din ng same lodgment date ko at same occupation (non-priority) same last week, Kaya napaisip ako baka this week mgrant na. But who knows.. Darating din yan. Tiwala lang tayo. At di ka nag-iisa
