Agreed. That's what I did, as long as isisign sya ng manager or delegated signatory/supervisor mo. And yeah, if you can align it sa nominated occupation, the better.

Hi. I requested a Certificate of Remittance from my employer.
Letter head was theirs, detailing my monthly contributions from my work start date to end date. I only did that for my 1 employment episode since 1yr lang ako doon.

I'm encouraging a friend of mine to try their luck here in Australia. I understand that acs requirements can be overwhelming. Mas overwhelming pa pala ngayon kasi marami na nabago 😅 so yung coe kung di ka makakaprovide ng detailed, kelangan pa ng letter from employer na di sila nagpo-provide nun? Parang di pala pwede i-secret kung nagbabalak ka mag apply ng oz visa.

Yes, kelangan nun. Had to be honest nalang when I requested for that letter. I told it was for a Skills Assessment but I didn't disclose for what subsequent purpose it was and country. No more further questions. They should be able to provide you one. Awkward lang pag yung nirequestan mo eh masyadong nosy.

There is no need for CTC or notarised copy. Please read the latest guidelines from the ACS website.

Ito po mga concern ko sana po may makasagot. kasi di po clear ang nakukuha kong inputs from my agent (

Am I qualified for Temporary Graduate 485 - Under Graduate work stream as long as I have positive skills assessment sa nominated course? (upto 18-24 months of stay)
Yung class namin is Online class cinoconduct sa Sydney pero sa Goldcoast branch ng school ako naka enroll, Am I considered as studying in a regional area once ma tapos ko ung course?

Nope. Tinatanggap lang ni ACS is bachelors or higher. Yong ipapa-assess ko is bachelors degree ko sa Pinas pero isasama ko pa din credentials (diploma and adv. diploma) ko sa Australia. Same with my classmates who did their assessments months ago.
Ang pwedi lang graduate stream 485 sa ibang profession pero hindi sa ACS post grad 485 which is bachelors or higher.
Hindi din. Living and studying sabi. So you need to be both to earn the points.

kamusta po naging assessments nung mga classmates niyo po? sa ACS kasi naka highlight na for 485 need talaga Australian Bachelors degree or higher so yung galing pinas ay hindi macocount po based sa understanding ko pero baka I'm missing some info on this po

Or you mean po deretso General Skilled Assessment pathway na po kayo?

Derecho kami sa PR Pathway po or sa working visa pag hinanapan ka degree namin sa Pinas pinapaassess namin.
The reason na hindi kami maka 485 is due sa requirements ni ACS hindi nga pwedi Diploma.

Hello asking for a friend lang po.

ACS was assessed positive with 4.5 years experience (kasama na yung deduction na 2 years). She received the letter nung January 2023 lang and valid pa now.

Continued work naman and same company sa last na assessed ng ACS kaya yung EOI nya now nag increase ng 5 points in total kasi 5 years experience na sya since naka blank yung end date sa EOI.

Ok lang ba na iclaim nya yung additional points kahit hanggang January lang na employment sa same company yung na assess ng ACS?

Yes, that is fine. Basta same company pa rin sya at hindi lumipat. EOI will automatically compute for the points as time goes by.

Additional question lang po. Sobrang toxic na daw kasi sa work nya now kaya balak nya lumipat kahit di pa sya naiinvite. Hihingi lang sya ng latest employment reference para updated and covered ung buong 5 years. Is that ok?

Hindi na sya mag cclaim ng points sa lilipatan nya na company. May ma advice ba kayo if worth it ba mag tiis nalang habang di pa na lodge yung visa?

Yeah, that is also fine. This should not stop him/her from moving to another employer. It's safer not to claim points for the succeeding employer hanggat di rin nya naisasama sa assessment.

And, dont forget to amend the EOI to indicate the end date for that career episode. Most important thing to do.

Dapat covered yung whole experience nya. Kung yung new COE niya, covered naman yung from old employer, no need na. Otherwise, kelangan ng COE for each company.
