Ok lang ba na iclaim nya yung additional points kahit hanggang January lang na employment sa same company yung na assess ng ACS?

Technically, as long as the new employment is still related, it’s ok to claim new employment episode but at the same time there is no point collating supporting documents for a work episode which won’t make much a difference in terms of claiming points. Given that it’s just new employment, likely it’s more a hassle to collate supporting documents so in the end no need to bother to claim for just a very short episode.

Hi po, Ms @RheaMARN1171933 what would you advise po? I'm in desperate need of help.

Yung isa ko pong employer (2012-2017), wala po akong natago na start and end date na payment evidence (payslip at ITR). Yung gov't contributions ko naman po, SSS start lang meron sa website. Pumunta na din po ako sa bank to ask for credit memo/bank statements kaso wala silang na provide.

Yung employer ko naman po wala ng maprovide na ITR or payslip, kasi data privacy at matagal na daw po yun. Hindi rin cooperative yung employer ko kaya medyo nahihirapan ako magrequest ng kung ano ano. Halos 1 month ko inantay yung COE ko sakanila.

Meron po akong ITR nung 2013, payslip nung 2016. Hindi po sya start and end date ng employment ko. May iba pa po bang paraan para sa payment evidence? Yan na lang po kulang sa requirements ko.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Wait mo lang. They usually circle back within that time frame kung walang further info na hihingin. I got mine 6weeks after submission. I don't think they announce kung anong application dates na yung pinoprocess nila. Relax

10-12 weeks ang nakapublish now sa website ng ACS. Received mine on the 13th week.

12 weeks on the dot…we used to have a 2 week turnaround with them - gone we’re those days

Hello everyone, ask ko lang paano kapag di nagrereply si employer despite a series of followups to my employment reference request? valid proof na ba ito na hindi sila nagre release?.. salamat!

The goal is to prove you worked at the company

With that goal in mind, absence of evidence is not evidence of anything.. so the lack of response ng company is immaterial to ACS IMO

Hello thank you for responding, i already have all the necessary docs except sa employment reference letter..yung stat dec is madali na lang sa side ko kasi may nakausap na ako kaya lang it requires proof na di nagrerelease ang employer ng reference letter. Anyway Ill try to call them again and request to issue a statement nlng from them. Thanks again

Good luck sir. It would be good to get kahit basic COE lang with usual info like your name, position, employment dates, tapos siyempre company letterhead and contact info. I think every company should be able to provide this per DOLE?

Once you have COE + Stat Dec + COE of senior coworker + 2 types of payment evidence, I think you should be OK.

Yes, exactly. Specific application or enterprise system kasi yung field mo. Pag Software Engineer kasi, more on technology stack development yan. Kunwari Full Stack Developer, Frontend Developer, Backend Developer. Hindi sila bound by specific language, software or technology. Generic kumbaga.

With enterprise systems like Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, etc., they come along with the proprietary programming language usable only within the same application or software.

Pero ikaw bahala, hahahah kung mas gusto mo mag SE. Ok lang rin naman since sobrang magkakalapit lang sila ng description. This just my own opinion and industry view.

EDIT: Both job codes are eligible for 189, 190 (subject to state rules), and 491 (subject to state/RDA rules) subclasses. So, either way, you have enough options.

Yes, that's precisely what I did and I got a positive assessment. Nag-add din ako ng description para mas ma-emphasize yung ginagawa ko / keywords na alam kong hahanapin nila.

Hello po.. need advice po as Im filling up my ACS app now.

Below is my employment dates with 5 months gap in 1 company po. How can I enter this in ACS?
Do I put 2 entries po for the same employer? But the reference letter that I will attach are the same?

Im afraid if I will put Oct 1 , 2014 to current will flag it as false declaration.

Payment evidence inquiry

Hello paano po if wala na akong payment evidence na makuaha since nag close na ung company and wala din ako naitago na payslip. Nabasa ko dito pd ung sss contrib or bir 2316.

Question:
1. Considered as 2 separate evidences ba ito sss and bir 2316?
2. Nakaka request ba kay BIR ng 2316 kahit 10 years ago na ung record?
3. If bir 2316 cant be requested sa BIR ano pa po pwede gamitin as patment evidence?

unfortunately, wala ka makukuhang ITR from BIR. your best bet is your company to give you another copy of ITR

Sa bank statement hindi po nakikita ang company, transaction lang sya ng pera na pumasok at lumabas sa account mo.

Punta ka po sa bank tapos inquire about sa account mo. You can also ask advise sa bank anong best way to retrieve your account (kung nagclose na po).

May nag advise dito na you can ask for credit memo instead of bank statement. Pero again, yung bank po ninyo yung makakasagot ng bank inquiries nyo.

For my case sa bank statements, since hindi talaga nilalagay dun yung company name, I secured another letter from my employer indicating that my salary was paid to/credited on that account. Binigyan naman nila ako.

Hello Everyone, another question. ung isang previous employer ko kasi nag change name sila and TIN.
let say from ABC Manila to ABC International, Wala namang nabago sa organization kundi ung name,tin and company address lang. We were also given separation pay and new contracts sa new entity. Heres my question

For statutory declaration ba need ko ng dalawang document for both employment? Ok lang ba na iisang tao lang ang pipirma nito? Or combine ko nlng into 1 document?

Hello everyone, I received positive skills assessment and all my work experiences are credited under Computer Network Engineer. I was assessed as AQF diploma although I came from a section 2 school (PLM) and provided my ECE license.

I e-mailed them asking if my license was ever considered for my academic qualification but they did not directly answer my question. Just the generic replies like it was based on various assessment references etc.

Should I proceed with the Appeal process? I'm really hoping to get a Bachelor's equivalent. I still have 30 days though.

Yes po. Afaik, equivalent to diploma pag hindi section 1. Pero pag may license, counted as bachelor ata. Tinanong ko na din to last time dito, check mo na lang sa previous pages.

Go! Sa case ko naman, review ginawa ko kasi di naman ako nag upload agad ng PRC board certificate. Pero try mo mag appeal. Sakin 7 days nalang bago ko napa review.
