Hi. I just completed my PH driver's license conversion today here in SG. Sharing the steps and tips for future reference:

1. You need to take and pass the BTT (Basic Theory Test) personally at your preferred driving centre. I took mine with SSDC. Passing score is 45 out of 50. Just bring your IC to the test center. Sakto lang yung exam, more on right-hand driving rules, signs, and scenarios.
Visit their website for more info on how you can book appointment for the test and pricing.

2. Right after passing BTT (the screen will display if you passed or failed), you can go directly to Traffic Police HQ at Ubi for conversion. System will automatically record your results. No emails, print out etc needed.
Get your queue number by the door, fill out the pink form.

Requirements (original and photocopy):
2.1 Passport
2.2 IC + SG Arrival Acknowledgement email stating your first entry date in SG (ipapasend nila sa email nung SPF staff)
2.3 PH Driver's License
2.4 LTO Certification (stating your license issuance details; kukunin nila yung original na may dry seal)
2.5 ID Picture (passport size) to be used for physical license card

*they will not allow you to convert your license if you only acquired it after your first arrival in SG. You need to have it prior.
*physical card will be mailed out to your residence within 2 weeks, while digital card will appear on singpass app within 5days. Mine was reflected in Singpass a day after (qualified license Class 3 na agad, not the provisional)
*conversion fee is $50 (nets/paywave)

Exam and conversion can be done in 1 day basta maaga ka.

For Point Medical at Paragon, better to msg their Whatsap No. They are more active in replying there compare sa tawag, at baka po ilang days di cla sumagot.. 😅

btw, you can save sa medical lalo na if family kayo if weekdays kayo magpa-medical instead of weekends. Meron kasing surcharge during weekends. If I remember it correctly, nasa $20 din per person yung surcharge. But this is for SATA, not sure sa Paragon.

Naguguluhan lang po kami, ano po ba dapat, "Country of origin" or **"Country of current residence" **ung Statutory Declaration/Affidavit?
Currently nasa SG kasi husband ko, pero umuwi sya ng Pinas last July so dito na kami sa Pinas nag-pa affidavit since cheaper din dito compared sa SG.
Need po ba namin ng bagong Statutory Declaration/Affidavit from SG?

Then may nakaencounter nadin po ba ng assessor na parang di po nagccheck ng documents correctly/carefully? Kasi lahat ng ung supporting documents namin for Statutory Declaration/Affidavit ay uploaded with cover letter pa nga. Then pati ung PRC saka Bank statements na uploaded din naman namin ay nirerequest din nila ngayon.

Sana po may makatulong, thank you in advance po.

Country of origin is Philippines, country of residence is Singapore if your living there currently. If your husband is in Philippines for vacation, his residence is still Singapore.

Ireupload niyo nalang hinihingi kahit na bigau niyo na before. Or maybe double check kung may hinihingi siya na iba in that document.

Country of origin is Philippines, country of residence is Singapore if your living there currently. If your husband is in Philippines for vacation, his residence is still Singapore.

Question pala dun sa 2.2, yung SG Arrival acknowledgement na ipapaemail, kanino pala mangagaling yun? sakin ba or sa ICA? meron din kasi silang nakapaskil dun sa exam room na pwede rin dalhin yung passport na may stamp nung 1st entry mo sa SG eh. TIA.

Sa kin hindi siya pinaemail eh. nicheck lang nung staff sa passport ko kelan ang first entry sa sg. bring photocopy na lang din of that one.

Na submit na appeal after 4 days of trying. Ma.expire na SG COC ko in 3 weeks time. Sana ma.grant na before that. 🙏

Hi Sir, if ever work pass holder dito sa SG at may driver license, macacancel po ang license once na macancel / or ipacancel po ang pass po. Ano po ang required sa AU kaya pag nag po convert even after icancel ang driver license sa SG. Yung license ID po ba is pwede na? Salamat po

Hello, yung SG driver's license is valid for 5 years kahit canceled na yung pass mo. Di ka nga lang makakapag-renew kapag wala ka ng work pass.

The reason that we convert our PH driver's license to SG driver's license is to avoid the longer process of converting our PH license to AU license. Since SG driver's license is recognized in AU, the process of converting it from SG to AU DL will be a lot shorter. For instance, we don't have to take the practical test since we already have an SG license. Whereas with the PH license, you'll need to take the practical test and the theory tests as well.

Yung email na galing sa ICA or stamp sa passport. Yung sakin kasi wala nang stamp. May sample email po sila na ipapakita sayo sa counter.

kahit po san ay okay lang.
Pero mas mbabaet mga nag-aassist dun sa RELC based on my experience.

1st take - RELC (Proficient)
2nd Take - Cuppage (Proficient - bumaba scores ko)
3rd Take - Cuppage (Superior)
