    02May23 - I found out that they already corrected the spelling of my name sa IMMI Account but still the status is Further Assessment.

    Worried lang ako if may marereceived pa ba ako 2nd CO contact after this. May naka experience na po ba ng same saken. Over claimed po ako ng 5 points if based sa documents.

    Points Breakdown:
    Age: 25 points (I'm turning 39yo in few more days)
    Study: 15 points (As per EA assessment, I can only claim 10 points as Associate Degree)
    Exp: 15 points (In my RSEA they counted all my experience at that time which is 14yrs+)
    English: 10 points (barely gets proficient)
    Spouse: 0 points (I didn't claim for this, we just attached his CEMI)

    We are Family of 4.

    Gusto na sana namin mag prepare for big moves pero worried pa din ako sa magiging outcome. :(

    Naalala ko tong post na to na exactly the same scenario ng nabasa ko sa FB. Granted na visa nya today. I think ikaw yun.

    Congratulations po. Genuine question for everyone siguru. If one could claim points na hindi based sa assessment ni EA, anong purpose pa ng assessment body sa pag assess ng degree at work experience? Not against po sa naging result nyo sir/mam, pero nalilito kasi ako sa statement rin ni EA na ang points ay based parin sa DHA. E ano pong sense nong assessment or assessing body if ganon? Just really confused on how things work here sa visa processing nato. Hehe

If one could claim points na hindi based sa assessment ni EA, anong purpose pa ng assessment body sa pag assess ng degree at work experience? Not against po sa naging result nyo sir/mam, pero nalilito kasi ako sa statement rin ni EA na ang points ay based parin sa DHA. E ano pong sense nong assessment or assessing body if ganon? Just really confused on how things work here sa visa processing nato. Hehe

    In my opinion po, DHA follows the assessment from assessing body unless my objection yun applicant sa assessment na ngyari sa kanya, same sa case ko na nag claim pa din ako ng Bachelor even though they assessed me as Associate Degree. DHA reviews both claim from applicant and assessing body, kaya cla pa din yun may last word. (Disclaimer: Just my own opinion, it can be right or wrong)

    Ang sense ng assessment is to get a positive assessment of your experience and qualifications, not to tell you what your EOI score will be. To use for EOI, it can be your guide to determine the safest claim to make.

    Tatlo kaming magkakaibigan, civil engineer, sabay sabay sa lahat and DIY, no agent.

    Start processing requirements : September 2020
    EOI: March 2021 - 70pts
    Invite: October 6, 2022 - 75pts
    Grant: September 27, 2023

    We thought next year pa ang grant dahil sa mga news reagarding immigration, pero there you go. After 3 years, sabay sabay ang barkada.

    I feel you. 2018 since I started this journey. Had PTE in June 2018 superior sana tapos naati May 2019 , nagpunta pang Au.,,pero impossible to be invited at 80 points during that time. Then covid happened. Nag expire na lahat after 2-3 years pati assessment. Kinalimutan ang Au dream. Nag homebased.
    Then one day kumuntak saken yong former officemate ko, yong ka team nila invited na daw. Napa isip ulit to update my papers. Nagprepare ng two weeks for pte and nirenew ang assessment. Thanks God superior ulit. Nag submit ulit ng eoi nov for all states. Invited ng January for nsw 190. Lodged on February 2023…
    And as usual waiting game ulit. Hopefully may light na at the end of the tunnel.

    actually, yun nga rin kagad napansin ko na saktong 8 months from lodging date. hehe.

    ang current COCs ko na uploaded sa ImmiAccount are expiring in December. plano ko nga na hindi muna mag upload ng updated COCs hangga't di pa expired ang docs. baka sakaling ma-expedite nila ang processing pag nakitang nalalapit na ang expiry haha wishful thinking.
