May problema po ba sa ACS ngayon?

Same day kami nag submit ng partner ko. Nauna lang sya ng ilang oras. Last Oct 10, nareceive ko na result nung saken while still waiting for my partner's result.

Oct 11 - Nag email ACS. Missing document daw. Yung diploma and TOR wala daw. Sigurado ako na triniple check ko yung application, nilakihan ko mga mata ko bago magsubmit. Kaya sure ako na wala akong namiss. Promise.
Anyway, nagsubmit na lang din ulit ako ng updated. (Same file lang din inupload ko sa system)

Twice sila nagpa upload kahapon. Twice ko din inupload sa system.

Oct 12 - Nag email ulit ACS today. Missing document na naman 😭 This time, about sa isang employer. Nag upload ulit ako sa system. Sinend ko din sa email yung screenshot na nag upload na ako.

Sana umokay na. 😭 Hirap kumalma.

Hi, nag-submit ako ng Skills Assessment ko last month and just wondering if magkakaissue ba sa processing ng results ko if nag-resign ako sa current employer ko habang hindi ko pa nakukuha yung results?

Context: received email from ACS asking for additional documents. Gusto ko lng po maka sigurado na tama ung i uupload ko since 1 time upload lng ata sya

Question: Magkaiba kasi ung nasa Email body at sa attachment sa email na inaask ni Case officer. Pwede ko ba i ask sa email to confirm if okay na sa kanila yung documents na iuupload ko before actually doing it sa ACS dashboard? (I attach ko nlng both nasa email body and sa email attachment na request nila)

nagrerespond namana sila sa ganitong queries?

I suggest i-upload mo nalang both kung available naman para mag commence na processing ulit. Baka hindi nagreflect sa end nila.

Call them and ask? That’s best way to do it as this is more technical stuff. You’ll get the best answer in what to do directly from them

Tip: When ACS asks for additional docs, reply asap! As an abanger sa phone at email 😂 Idk if that helps pero feeling ko naman nakatulong sa case ko, para macheck and mabalikan nila ako agad if they need anything else.

Hi! Would just like to ask for the Payment Evidence. For non-mixed income earners, we can just use the 2316 forms that the company provided but need to have it certified and signed by BIR. Is my understanding correct? Also, anyone knows the BIR process for getting it certified?

What do you mean by non-mixed?
Before, ACS accepted my 2316 forms signed only by HR-Accounting. Recently yata they need it certified by BIR, may naencounter akong nagtanong. You need to go to your RDO and have it certified.

Meron ba dito nakaretrieve ng bank statement from BDO kahit past 5 years na?

yes po, 2 payment evidence for start date and 2 payment evidence for end date.

i think depende sa bank. better to visit bdo.

yung sa bpi ko, they asked for my account number para ma-retrieve nila sa system.

Yes. BDO can retrieve up to 10years worth of transactions from current year. I was able to request from them and got my BS the same day. Sa branch of account mo ikaw magrequest para mas mabilis.

Meron ba ditong nasa section 3 ang school and walang license exam yung course pero nagpositive sa skills assessment? I consulted an agent kasi pero nadeny ako sa PR and they recommend me to study.
I have 12 years experience.

Sana po may mkatulong.

me! hahaha 6 yrs deduction sa work exp tapos equate to diploma lang. kaiyak. but better than nothing, or negative assessment imo

bakit daw deny agad? so student visa pathway nirecommend sayo? sayang naman yung 12 yrs experience mo

Ask ko lang regarding sa payment evidence requirements.

Need po ba talaga is from beginning of employment or pwede po within the 1st year of employment.
For example employed ng Jan 2019, pwede po ba payslips/bank statements from Oct-Dec 2019?
