I'm planning to update my ACS assessment po.
Double check ko lang po.

For employment:
-COE with JD
-Payment Evidence (could be SSS & Pagibig or Payslip)

For Qualification:
-Diploma
-TOR

All documents must be certified true copies.
Tama po ba? or am I missing something?

could be sss/pagibig AND payslip. gov't contri is counted as 1 lang

Hi Everyone, quick question. I asked my previous manager to create a statutory declaration for me and she is very happy to do it. However, nung chineck namin employment date nya til Feb 2018 nya lang kame ni manage and I resigned March 2019. Will this be an issue?

So for payment evidence, I can use SSS/Pagibig & Payslip.
Certified true copies are no longer needed.
clear on that.
I think I'm all good to submit my ACS assessment.
Anything else I need to consider?

If you can get tax statement every year (BIR Form 2316), that's also a plus. Yung akin kasi may pirma ng company accountant.

Yup. You need another stat dec from another manager to vouch for you from the day of your previous manager’s resignation, until your resignation day. Basically, all employment episodes need to be accounted for.

Hi All, another question po. Sorry dami tanong.

Paano po yung format na sinbmut nyo sa ACS? For example:

Company A_Name.pdf ( Magkakasama lahat ng requirements sa isang PDF)

Or

Company A_Reference Letter
Company A_Payment evidence

Which is better? Thanks a lot!

ganito. para isang tinginan lang, andun na lahat ng about sa company. ayusin mo na lang yung order para di malito assessor. make it easier for them to understand your file. para kang nagsasubmit ng thesis ganun hehe

I have no ICT degree so RPL Pathway ako and walang assessment ang non-ICT degree ko.

6 years ang deduction sa ACS Skills Assessment letter ko which is 5 months na lang matitira sa experience ko. But I claimed all my working experience ignoring the deemed date. This works for me for Visa 189 and RPL pathway. Not sure with Visa 190 and non-RPL pathway. Goodluck to everyone and thanks for this helpful thread.

Hi guys na receive ko na ung ACS assessment ko at mas malaki ang binawas na year sakin keysa nung first assessment ko na Company 1 was not assessed as suitable (after Dec 2015 naman yun).

Ito ung current:

The following employment after 01 November 2015 is considered to equate to work at an appropriately..

Company 1 - Dates: 01/12 - 10/13 - 1 year(s) 8 month(s)

Company 2 - Dates: 12/13 - 02/16 - 2 year(s) 2 month(s)

To be able to claim 10 partner points on 190/491..need is atleast Competent Englist Test and AcS positive assessment right?

What if magkaiba yung ANZCO code i.e Main applicant is Software Emgineer and partner is Systems Admin...? Pede pa dn magclaim ng 10 pointa as long as positive yung skills assessment and atleast competent Englist test ng partner?

for 190, ok lang magkaiba anzsco basta "partner must be an applicant for the same visa subclass"

dapat pareho kayo applicant ng 190. may part sa eoi na itatanong kung may nominated occupation yung partner

Ganito din Po ba ung ginawa nung iba sa EOI 189 nyo? Pa advise Naman po pwede ba talaga i-claim kahit before ng deemed date sa ACS? Naguluhan na ako

follow up details po, AQF Bachelor Degree with a Major in computing din po result nung assessment ko year 2010 graduate. Akala ko kasi 1 year lang mababawas dun sa Company 2.

Hi all, regarding sa freelance experience, naging contractor kasi ako ng isang IT company and have worked for a client. May questions lang ako regarding sa self-written statutory declaration, meron bang template for that? Nakapaggawa lang ako ng sarili ko pero not sure if valid yung template ko, although yung content naman is nandun naman ung required sa Guidelines. Thank you in advance sa help
