For the subclasses 189, 190, 489 and 491, if you are claiming partner points, your partner must also have competent English at the time of invitation.
The test taken cannot be older than 3 years in the day that you are invited

HELLO. For EOI regarding employment. I am NOT CLAIMING POINTS for a related nominated occupation, is it crucial to answer, “YES”??????
I am afraid they calculate the points based on the number of years of employment that is related to nominated occupation.
Ni-NO ko na lang po dahil wala na ko employment evidences to prove them huhuhuhu AT NAINVITE NA RIN PO AKOOOOO.

And there is no other portion in skillselect EOI to answer if I am claiming points for that employment
(( kasi sa dulo ng EOI (Skillselect) sabi lang na pag nag-yes if related/closely related sa nominated occupation, matic na nagcclaim ng points.

This is if your partner is not able to evidence his english skills ?
You can wait for CO’s instructions , it will be costly usually higher than the visa cost
if partner has not taken any english test , a minimum functional level of english can be provided by requesting the University he attended to issue a certification that english language is the medium of instruction
Usually at the end of processing , your CO will ask you for your partner's functional English proof or pay the VAC. If you chose to pay, you will find an invoice in your IMMI acct (or your CO will email you)
If you just want to give it now, you can ask your CO (once you have it) if he can generate an invoice for you, but there is a chance that he won't issue it because if you pay now and later for some reason the application is refused, then you'll ask for a refund of the VAC charges . Generally only after all things has been considered they ask you to pay for it.

Hello Kabayan! Already lodged my 189 visa, need pa bang hintayin ang email from DHA na may referral letter at HAP ID? O pwede ng mag pamedical? Meron na kasi sa immiaccount ko na ‘action required’ sa health examination. Maraming salamat!
