Hello. Sana po may makatulong.
I am turning 30 yrs. old this year, planning to submit EOI for SC190 in July 2024 to maximize the points that I can get for my age.
My father was recently diagnosed with a heart disease and my mother has hypertension. My siblings all work abroad and have families of their own. In case I get invited and granted visa, I will need to go back here in the PH immediately after my first entry because I am the only one looking after our parents. I talked this over with my siblings and one of them is willing to go home every year for a short period of time but they still need to go back abroad to work.
I read about the SC 155/157 also known as the Resident Return Visa but I'm not sure if will qualify if I only stay in AUS for 1 month/2 months max every year in the 5-year period that the PR is valid.
Is there anything I can do to prove substantial ties with AUS? or baka po may similar situation sakin, I'd appreciate it if you can share your experience
Thank you!

Ang meaning ba ng SC 190 ay ung skilled nominated visa?
If yes, slightly similar tayo, i was granted 189 nung 2019, tpos ang gnwa ko, nag first entry lng ako for about 2 weeks then bmlik ako sa pinas. 2021 na ko tlgng nagmigrate.
Ang requirement ng return resident visa 155 ay have been present in Aus for 2 yrs in the last 5 yrs as a holder of a p.r. pero hnd mo need kumuha ng return resident visa if mgsstay ka d2 (meaning di ka lalabas ng australia). Ang naisip ko, on your last yr dun s 5 yrs n grant sau, pwede k lumipad pa s australia and stay ng 2yrs straight then apply ka ng return resident pra mkauwe ng pinas. But it will be better to get a professional opinion from immigration lawyers kng pwede nga yung gnito. I am only speaking from my experience. Ako kasi, since 2019 nagrant ung 189 ko, at 2021 n ko tlga migrate, this 2024 expired n ung 5 yrs ko, pero hnd ako required kmuha ng return resident visa unless lalabas ako ng bansa from 2024 onwards.
