Insufficient Documents

Hi po,
I am from singapore po. Ask ko lang kasi nakadalawang retrieved na ako ng documents at binigyan ako ng another 7 days after ko magsubmit ng hinihingi nila. Pero insufficient pa rin. Paano po ba gagawin na yun nlng talaga ang documents na meron kami.. kasi may tax na, last payslip at coe kaso not according sa coe nila kaso 10 yrs ago na xa. Sa tax nmn sa pinas wala na chance na maretrieved die to new system nila. Sa sss nmn iilan lang ang nairecord. At may stat declaration na din kami. Ano po kaya maisusuggest nyo po?
