EOI Concerns

Prepare you work reference letters, payment evidences since these are the ones most of us are having a hard sourcing. All documents that must support the points you claimed in your EOI, have them handy. NBI Clearance and the like are easy to get once you have the invitation lalo na if you're in the PH.

Uhmmm. You need payment evidences for the last 10 years of your work tenure. Ano bang assessing body mo or anzsco? Kapag kasi ACS alam na yan eh.

So if may EOI ka na, yung mga work episodes that you declared related to your anzsco, lahat yun kelangan ng payment evidences.

Date deemed skilled for Points Test Advice:05/08/2014

kahit 2013 ako nagstart magwork sa job ko?

    Thank you!

Always hehe. Then sa 189 may sariling criteria ang fed eh, so pwede yan kahit yung buo basta kaya mo isupport ng evidences.

if habol mo is points claim apply the lenient criteria for other states , if for state requirement and consistency apply deemed skilled date.

You can infer that they are the same. Whatever you had submitted during Skills Assessment can still be used for subsequent applications with DoHA or State government.
Ito po ba ibig nyo sabihin? San nyo po to gagamitin?

Hi. Just starting to research on Migrating to Australia. I'm checking the points calculator from Australian Immigration Site.

Q1. What if I graduated from DLSU Main. Is my selected option correct?

Q2. Is it possible for me to get CCL? If yes, please provide more details

Q3. What does "partner must also be an applicant for this visa"? Does it mean if I'm the principal then she'll be the secondary? or she has to send a separate EOI?

Q4. What are the chances of getting invited if I have a score of
    a. Visa 189: Score is 75
    b. Visa 190: Score is 80
** This is considering I get superior for English, secure CCL, and Nominated for Visa 190

Q5. Is it OK to send EOI for both Visa type? or it should only be 1 of them?

Q6. Based on Immi, the minimum score is 65. But I found this under skill select page of the site.
it shows Subclass 189 Minimum Scored for each occupation. Let's say the Minimum Scored for my
occupation is 95-100, does it mean I don't have the chance of getting invited with the scores I
    mentioned above?

    https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/working-in-australia/skillselect/invitation-rounds

Q7. Is direct hire from PH impossible to achieve?

The invites for most occupations are given for those who are on 90+ pts. It depends on occupation, some occupations mababa lang need like tradesmen. Ano ba occupation mo?

Tama understanding mo na 65 is the eligible score but it doesnt mean maiinvite ka. Some people here on the forum mga 90 pts na pataas yet years na hindi pa rin naiinvite.

Direct hire from PH is possible but chances are very slim.

Check mo NAATI CCL for the CCL part. Exam yan na $800

@MLBS I'm in the field of IT. Software Engineer. Based dun sa list mostly nasa 95 or 100 yung Minimum points required. Kaya I was thinking if I should push through if there's very little to no chance of getting invited because of the possible score I have

I have another question. Does the Minimum Score based on occupation apply to 190 as well? or is just for 189?

I see, yeah if di ganyan ka taas score mo don't expect an invite anytime soon. Of course you can still attempt to lodge a profile, you never know.

190 checks other criterias not just the highest pts, such as having certain yrs of exp, skilled partner etc. But of course high pts is still a factor. Check the pts that people get invited for in each state to have an idea.

In a way, yes since the States would usually send invites to the highest scoring candidates per occupation. Usually nagpupublish din sila ng minimum scores per invite round, like NSW and ACT.

Una, ensure that the job is legitimate, iwas scam kapatid. :)

Pangalawa, pag legit naman yung job, go for it. Best of luck to you. Mabuhay ka! It's just BAU (business as usual) from here. Kung relevant to your job code yung Gibraltar job, then update your EOI to add that episode and, collect documents on the side for that, you know the drill. Also, dont forget to update your Usual Country of Residence to Gibraltar.

That's it, just live your life while waiting for the invitation. :)

190 has different cutoffs compared to 189. Hindi yan super significant difference though. Let's say na sa 189, 100 pts ang need for IT people to be invited. Hindi yan biglang drop na for 190, 70 pts lang need for some states. More likely na mga 5 pts difference lang yan, like need mo pa rin 95 to be invited.

Think about it this way - lahat ng tao gusto makakuha ng invite. They will all be maximizing their chances. They will apply for all visa sublclasses that you also plan to apply in. That's why across the board high ang cutoff - it's everyone applying for every visa they can.

190 man or 189, mataas dapat pts mo.

Yes, agree. I remember for VIC last FY, starting 85-90pts yung naiinvite for IT.

Reaching higher points would definitely increase the chance to receive an invitation. Because that means you'd be among those that exhausted all the efforts to present a more solid profile to stand out.

@MLBS yeah. sad to say pero nagulat ako dun sa points required. pero would you say worth parin mag try?

@whimpee I'll try to look for info with regards to minimum points per state/region. if you have a link I'd appreciate it. thank you!

Of course kanya kanyang situation yan especially sa finances. Pero if your points are not 90+, extremely slim chances yan now. Most likely mag eexpire lang documents mo before getting invited.

Another option is magpataas ng pts then apply at that time. If you do one now knowing full well na di ka pa maiinvite, might as well not nalang to save money.

@MLBS Thank You for your insights.
Would it be better if let's say I find. job in SG or Middle East then try to Apply for Aus Visa there? Will it help?

Trying to find other possible ways of getting invited. Btw I'll be turning 43 this year

@MLBS Thank You for your insights.
Would it be better if let's say I find. job in SG or Middle East then try to Apply for Aus Visa there? Will it help?

Trying to find other possible ways of getting invited. Btw I'll be turning 43 this year

Finding jobs overseas do not make a difference in the pointing system.
