Hi po. Jake here ๐Ÿ‘‹ working dito sa SG sa construction industry.

Yung current employer ko i just asked for a simple Cert of employment with these info:
    1. Company name
    2. Full name of employee
    3. Working hours
    4. Position
    5. Salary

What i remember ang wala lang is job desc kasi mahahalata na hehee. So sabi ko for tourist visa.

Apart from that gumawa ako stat dec with complete info lalo na yung job description. I added postings from job ads ano JD ng position as attachment. (Indirectly saying ano JD ng hina hire nila with similar post).

Mine was done last year mga feb. For my current employer, i asked them to sign my COE as per my format without the Job description.

I also made my own SD signed by myself and had it notarized in Ph. I attached other documents such as Job posrings from career future to show the job desc of my current position.

SATA AMK mabilis and efficient. Usually xray, hiv, egfr (kidney), physical, and vision test for adults.

Bring a printed copy of your covid vax cert. They asked for mine during my medical.

Then magsasabi naman sila sayo if may action item sa end mo or wala na.

Hello. Question po. May visa 491 po kami nagrant nung Nov-2023, pero due to personal reasons, mag stay pa kami sa SG at balak namin sa Mar-2025 pa namin makakalipat ng AU. Nakapag 1st entry na kami last Mar-2024.

Thank you po in advance! ๐Ÿ™‚

We're just bored and a bit anxious waiting for our grants, at the same time would like to extend help to fellow aspiring migrants based on our personal experiences and own research about au migration. (Tips and guidance shared by members in this forum already in Australia helped a lot too.)

Since you're already awaiting visa grant, I believe there will be lesser worries and research needed. You've passed the most tedious and crucial stages of migration (for me)--everything before visa lodgement. Super congrats! ๐Ÿ˜…

Most concerns about moving to AU (logistics/paper works/house rental/job hunting, etc) are already posted in this forum, some may be outdated but we have helpful members here who share their most recent experiences. Just search and read a little bit. Goodluck!

Goodluck!

Thanks for the welcome @mathilde9 .

Yes, indeed it is bit anxiety driving but have to keep it calm :) . I have been trying to keep myself busy with other stuff to cope with it - mostly reading about various neighbourhoods and places to live and work in NSW. Shall see how it goes.

Yes good amount of stuff to digest here as well :) Thanks to everyone who has posted their experiences.

    Salamat everyone.

Hi @bbsdgr8 if it helps - klook seem to have some airport transfer options too- but they seem very expensive for SYD to Wollongong route :( . And as far as I have researched, trains allow max 2 bags (within certain sizes) per passenger. Not sure if you can work around that and use it to your advantage.

(or perhaps if it's cost-effective, consider storing your non important luggage at the airport and picking it up some other time)

Sorry it's not two- but just one large baggage (other hand carry) . (https://transportnsw.info/travel-info/using-public-transport/regional-booking-travel-information/luggage-on-nsw-trainlink)
