Please improve your English speaking and listening for great chance to get to work and to consider your request for a pay increase. Most Australian employers want there immigrants employees to become good in english speaking. You can barrow English learning books at your local library to improve your English skills. You can also buy a workbook on this site: www.ames.edu.au

@LokiJr Not necessarily..important thing is your proficiency/accuracy mo to communicate,convey meaning..although maganda sa pandinig lalo kapag meeting, presentation..

@TotoyOZresident thanks sa tips! ...I think advantage din talaga kung you'll be able to communicate in the way they'll understand your accent much better, though of course not necessary as long as you're proficient in speaking english naman.

Just like here sa Singapore when you're talking to locals mas madali magkaintindihan pag medyo makikigaya ka sa accent nila :P

kailangan may mga english word na kailangan i-practice how to pronounce in australian way. Kasi may mga word na di nila maintindihan sa english natin. Kaya dapat tayo ang mag adjust. Kung well verse ka sa english and you have confident in english speaking thats good gradually naman kapag nandito kana masasanay ka din.

Ako kasi mahina sa english

pero share ko na rin yung site sa mga padating pa lang. While they are looking for work. Punta sila ng local library at manghiram ng books sa nabangit ko. Malaking tulong yun para mapa husay ang english speaking at listening.
