Hi mga kapatid
Kaka Pr lang namen last Oct 2023 ng IE kami for 1 month Dec 2023 ngaun Oct 2024 plan to BM na gusto ko sana apply un mother ko ng tourist visa un mas mahaba sa 3 months like mag stay sya 1yr para mabantayan un toddler ko habang ng wwork po ako possible po kaya un saka anu po mga requirements??
Btw 64 yrs old un mom ko. Thanks po

My relatives paid for the security bond for a year stay since medyo mabusisi ang dha on parents applying for tourist visa. This is if you're sponsoring her.
It will also help in the application if your mom has her own private health insurance.

Just to add, medyo risky if you will state that your mom will take care of your child while you're working. Childcare is a paid work in Australia. Medyo sensitive sila sa ganyan kasi they encourage the use of Childcare facilities, since di pwede sa Australia yung taga-bantay/nanny/yaya kahit relative nyo pa. Ijustify niyo nalang siguro mabuti sa cover letter yung purpose and provide strong ties na babalik si mother sa pinas. Goodluck po.

Yung father in law ko, nabigyan ng 1 year tourist visa (more than 3 months stay allowed). Wala naman special sa naging application nya. I guess discretion minsan ni DHA kung gano kahaba yung igagrant nila. 70+ years old na sya.

Hello po ulit.

Sa mga nag apply ng tourist visa ng parents nila, pa share naman po kung anong health insurance ang kinuha nyo for them. Thanks po ulit sa mag rereply.

Ang mga pinasa namin ay Letter of invitation, planned activity (mom and dad), bank statement, mga ID's ng parents, Passport, land title (kung merong kayong titulo ng lupa)
