Naka 491 visa po ako/kami. Susunduin ko lang sana mga anak ko sa Pilipinas. Nirerequire po ba ng immigration officer ang POEA requirements? like OEC?
Sa mga naka alis na na naka 491 visa ano ano pong documents hinigi? Ano din po ang tanong ng immigration officer? Diniclare niyo po ba na may employer kayo?

Youre on a skilled migrant visa not a working visa and is not classified as OFW kaya not required sa mga requirements you mentioned above.

Update Po. Umuwi lang Ako last Sept 27, 2024 and hiningian Ako Ng OEC which is di Naman usually hinihingian dahil umuwi lang Ako last May 2024. Na offload Ako dahil Wala Akong oec.
