Hello po. Mag-consult lang din po ako on my current scenario on claiming of work experience points in the EOI. I got positive MSA in year 2017 and I used my employment experience of 2 years (2015 to 2017) to write the CDR. I did not include RSEA for this experience at that time since hindi pa naman ako maka-claim ng points noon. And then this year, I requested an updated MSA CDR outcome letter and included my recent work experience of 6 years. I am claiming 15 pts in my EOI since in total I already have 8 years.

    To summarize:
2 years work experience - included in CDR write-up but no RSEA
6 years work experience - with RSEA

If ever I get invited, enough na po ba yung positive MSA outcome ko to prove the 2 years work experience? What are the supporting documents po usually hinihingi relating to points claimed for work experience?

    Salamat po.

Did you renew na po ba yung MSA CDR? For migration purposes ,DHA is looking at 3 years validity for Skills Assessment issued by assessing authority. Since 2017 ,valid yung doc na ito until 2020 lang .
You can apply for another MSA CDR renewal in this regard. Then tie that up with the RSEA na 6 years .

Yes po. I renewed MSA CDR together withe the RSEA na 6 years. Yung pinag-iisipan ko po is the 2 years included in the MSA CDR but without RSEA? Macoconsider po kaya ito or what kind of proof I need for the 2 years?

Is the two years experience after the relevant na qualification ?
If yes tapos you are working at least 20 hrs per week then it can be considered as a relevant job scope with the nominated occupation or closely related ,tapos mapoprove mo naman with relevant employment documents tapos meron ka lahat required salary slips ,gov't contributions during the period ,well claim mo na yan !

RSEA is optional naman , you can directly prove your employment claims sa visa case officer afaik wala din iniissue na deemed skilled date si EA , so if everything is ok naman you can claim work experience right after the date you completed the school work. Excluding any part time and internships not complying to a skilled level work. HTH!

I'm filling up EOI in skillselect but I am confused what to put on employment history as ACS mentioned the date 20-Jan-2024. This is the date where I got my second Bachelors degree that was comparable to Australian Studies. My first bachelor's (2004) was only assessed only as Diploma equivalent.

Almost all my work experience has been assessed closely related to my ANZSCO code (total of 15yrs). Should I put what has been assessed as closely related? Or only work experience after 20-Jan-2024 can only be considered?

Can anyone have an insight on my case? Appreciate it. Thank you!

ACS result says: "Your skills have been assessed to be suitable against the requirements for ANZSCO code 263111 Computer
Network and Systems Engineer as of 20-Jan-2024."

Oh looks like nirecognize naman ni ACS as related sa nominated occupation mo. I think it has no issue with claiming experience points before the recent Bachelors is completed.
You can still claim points for the experiences ,the regulations only requires you to have a Bachelor’s degree to access educational claims.
Experience points related to occupation is a separate criteria, which ACS has also approved naman. It is not retro active sa pagkaka alam ko.

Hi Ozdrims, thank you for your feedback! Big help on getting clarity how employment gets credited. When lodging EOI that's when I realized the system will only count the last 10 years of your employment kahit you have more beyond that. Salamat po! Share ko na din ung link dito
