Skilled Partner Question

hello, kailangan po ba valid and not expired yung skill assessment ng partner in order to claim the 10pts? I heard na kahit expired eh pwede daw, not sure if it's true. My partner will be getting her assessment as Primary Teacher this mid year but my assessment will expire end of year..so not sure if i should renew since i think she has very good chance than me as IT

Hello, sorry for asking in this thread. But also regarding skilled partner. If my nominated occupation is on the MLTSSL and my partner’s occupation is on the STSOL, is it possible to claim +10 points once they get a skilled assessment and at least a competent English result? Or should our nominated occupation be both on MLTSSL to claim skilled partner points?

It can be in in different lists but both should be eligible for the same visa subclass you are applying for. Example is if you are applying for 190, you cannot claim for partner skill pts if their occupation is only valid under 491.

Good Day. Just a quick question. My wife and I received an e-mail yesterday from Migration Queensland inviting us to apply for Queensland State Nomination (subclass 190). Once we get invited and proceed to the visa application rounds, I saw that the fee is AUD 4,770.00 My wife will be the main applicant and I will be her dependent. My question is, is the visa fee (AUD 4,770.00) just for my wife, or will it cover me as well since I will be her dependent? Thank you.

sa main applicant lang po yun 4,770 aud. may additional charge for dependent.

    so 4,770 + 2,385 = 7,155 aud kayo both ni wifey
