Hi po! I have question/s…
I am planning to migrate and work in WA, already passed skill assessment and english exam as a pharmacist. I want to migrate with my partner. We are planning to get married this year but he hasn’t done his skill assessment and english exam yet for his plumber work. Is it possible to include him in my initial visa application? The plan is he will do his skill assessment while we are currently in australia. We are in ldr as of the moment, he lives in europe and i live in the philippines. We think that 491 visa would be a good option for our situation esp since PR can be achieved with 191 after 3 years. Is that visa good for our situation what do you think?

I came across to your post, I know that choosing the right visa option for partner in Australia is a bit hard. However, if you search over the internet and read this topic like a complete guide for a partner visa, you can have an idea about what you are going to do. I hope that helps you and best of luck both.
