Our offer is temporary only. hindi po kami talaga nagpaparent, we just want to help para naman kahit papano e hindi na kayo magworry sa accomodation.Naiintindihan ko po kc ang pagiging bago sa ibang bansa.lalo pa at limited pa ang budget na dala natin. If you will ask me, I'd rather not to spend too much money lalo na at wala pang nakikitang work. Better to keep it, in case of emergency. Mas maganda rin po na makita nyo muna yung place na rerentahan nyo permanently kc normally e 12 months contract ang labanan dito.mahirap matali ng hindi ka sure.

    Napa pa-rent ako ng room. We are a family renting out a big house. 20 min from the city by train and train is 10 min walk from our house. You can ask me questions too kasi I started out a student din, now a div 1 nurse. My email is [email protected]

    @vangievc. Baka po may kakilala kayo na naghahanap ng room mate. I need temporary place to stay next month if possible close to CBD. Mas cheaper po kasi ang shared room kaysa mag rent ng isang room. Appreciate po any assistance you can give. Salamat.

    My wife, 11-month old daughter and I will be flying to Melbourne on April 26 until May 5, 2013. We will just satisfy our initial entry tapos lalabas din kami ng AU...

    Nag hahanap po kami ng temporary accommodation during that period, pa-PM naman po ng details if you are willing to rent out your place or kung may kilala kayo.

    Hi @vangievc, I've been browsing through realestate.au for Melbourne houses and until now I still don't have a good grasp of the housing market in Melbourne. Tanong lang po, can you recommend good neighborhoods for me to look at? Somewhere na at most 30 mins from the CBD yet affordable (range AU350k to AU400k) and if its possible at least 3 bedrooms sana.

    @Bigfoot ha ha ha baka naman maging biase ako nyan kasi ang sasabihin ko ay yung lugar ko...Nagtry ka ba sa Point Cook?Pero Alam ko medyo mataas na ang property dun. Sa Williams Landing naman, medyo mahal din...Try ka ng Tarneit, Truganina, Wyndham Waters...mga bago ang bahay dyan pero baka mababa pa pero may possibility na mag increase yan kapag nabuo na yung Williams Landing Train Station at saka magtatayo din ng malaking shopping centre sa Williams Landing....Sa West lang talaga ang alam ko...Possible na meron din sa north and and south..Kung may taga south,north and east dyan pakisagot na lang si Bigfoot.

    BTW...bagsak ang property ngayon sa Melbourne kaya magandang bumili kung may stable na job ka. :-)

    I'm planning to study in deakin university this feb 2013 and I'm having a hard time looking for a place to stay since most lease are long in duration. I was wondering if anyone here knew someone who is at burwood area or at the east area of Melbourne? Planning to stay for awhile until I can find a good place near my school. Thanks.
