My Mother is a TNT in Australia =(

Hello po sa inyo, ask lang po ako ng info kung may katulad ako ng situation. Ang mother ko kase nag over stay sa Australia about 6 years na at hanggang ngayon nandun pa din siya, ngayon may plan po kame mag-asawa na pumunta dun as skilled immigrants. Ask ko lang po kung makaka-apekto po ba ito sa application namin? at kung meron po sa inyo na same situation paki pm nalang ako. alam ko is not something to be proud of na ang mother mo or relative mo na nag-over stay sa OZ, pero proud ako sa kanya kase laking tulong talaga ang nagawa niya sa aming magkakapatid, hanggang ngayon tumutulong pa din siya sa amin, matanda na po ang mother ko pero napilitan siya mag-work dun kase naluge ang business namin dito sa pinas, nawala lahat ng pinundar ng mga nila kase nga lahat na sheriff dahil yung mga investor nila sa business hinabol lahat ng ari-arian namin. sana maka-hanap ako ng info dito for my case. Gusto ko makapunta dun at pauwiin na siya para kame naman ang makatulong sa kanya. Maraming salamat po sa lahat, more power po PinoyAu.

go ahead and try, it might have an impact pero the fact na sumunod ka sa process means wala ka balak mag-TNT right? kung Tourist visa, I would say malabo ka ma approve.

You are not your mother. Tutal wala namang masyadong bearing ang having relatives sa Australia ngayon, meaning wala nang relative-sponsored unless selected areas. If you just answer the forms truthfully and daraan ka sa tamang procedure, should be no problem. Dont give in to doubt. Always remember you are your worst enemy.

You can feign innocence and say that you have no part in what your mom did hehe para hindi apektado yung application mo.

With regard to your mom, may visa amnesty diyan sa immigration in case she wants to be a legit migrant...she might need to explain in length why it took her 6 six years though hehe

In Australia there's no visa amnesty.

Based on our own experience, we were granted a visa regardless of my dad being a 'tnt' here in Australia for 5 years. Your dad's situation really has no effect on your visa application and outcome.
