    hi guys, sad news, we received an email from CO today na Referred to MOC ang status ng medicals ni hubby ko :(

    6 months po ba talaga ang inaantay bago makagraduate from Referred to Finalized? :(
    Sobrang tagal....

    hi @multitasking and @Rubled22, based po sa update nyo sa taas, December pa lang ang nipprocess ng MOC? Grabe ang tagal talaga... :(

    ganun po ba? nagreply na po yung agent ko, ang sabi po natagalan yun reply ng CO kasi po nakabakasyon yun CO. Itsetsek na lang daw po yun result sa HOC ng xray ko. Sana nga po mafinalize na yun medical ko. Salamat po sa reply.

    @peach17 .. sa amin ni Rubled22.. early January pa na "referred" yung medical namin..so running 3 months na yung pag iintay namin.. one good thing.. medyo madaming mga referred status na na-grant yung visa based sa other forum.. so medyo bumibilis na ngayon...

    @Rubled22 actually after ma-refer ang medicals ko, I decided to send an email to our CO every four weeks to get an update. Although ang lagi niyang sagot eh under review pa daw ng MOC. Tapos, after learning from another forum na some January referrals and some February referrals were being finalised, I sent an email on April 4 to [email protected] asking for an update. I knew that I would get a standard reply. Pero I was thinking na kahit paano sisilipin nila ang case ko once mabasa nila ang email ko, kahit standard ang reply nila. At yun nga, na-finalise na din ang medicals ko.

    @peach17 salamat po! Nung nag-email po ako sa original CO, ang sumagot eh yung new CO. Ang sabi Nya, she'll be handling our case in the absence of the original CO. Ewan ko po nakabakasyon lang. Pero hanggang sa visa grant, yung new CO na po ang naghandle. Pero blessing na din yung nangyari dahil mabilis mag reply yung bagong CO everytime mag-email ako.

    Pwede naman po mag-email dun sa health operations. Expect mo lang na you would just get the standard reply na "please direct your inquiry to your case officer". Basta, wag mo na lang i-reply yung email nila. Ang importante po mabasa nila ang concern/s mo dun sa email mo. Referred din po ba medicals nyo?

    @anygma ano po ba ang blanko? yung sa health requirements po ba? you can inquire po sa [email protected] Yung sa daughter ko kasi blanko din dati tapos nag-email ako sa kanila. Same day nagreply sila at naging okay na po.

    @peach17 sa https://www.ecom.immi.gov.au/inquiry/query/query.do?action=eVisa ako nagche-check ng status ng visa application. Dun po nakikita kung referred or finalised na. Pero para lang po sa visa 175 / 176 yung site na yun. Pero pag visa 189 / 190 dito yata pwede mag-check https://www.ecom.immi.gov.au/elp/app?login Sana makatulong.

    Hi @StickyNote, sa amin po kasing 189, hindi po nag uupdate yung status pag niccheck namin dito https://www.ecom.immi.gov.au/elp/app?login .

    Kaya d namin sure ang Date when na refer ang medicals namin.

    Diyan po ako nag-email. Twice lang po ako nag-email diyan. On the 7th week ng referral at saka nung 11th week. Mukhang mabilis na ngayon ang MOC. Maraming February referrals ang na-finalise na. Kailan po kayo nagpa-medical? Baka pwede na po kayo mag-send ng email.

    Guys/Gals....my agent called me up this afternoon to inform me na granted na VISA ko.... :((
    nasa megamall ako when i got the call.. medyo nakakahiya.. teary eyed and pigil na pigil ang emotions.. parang OA.. pero ganoon pala ang feeling .. when you work hard on something for almost a year.. dugo at pawis ang puhunan.. then you finally get it...

    @Rubled22... dre nag follow up lang yung agent ko today sa CO ko.. then this afternoon na receive na nila yung grant letter... i hope.. kasunod na yung sa yo....

    12/4/2012 - Received FBI clearance. Friend in US sent scanned copy

    04/17/2013 Visa 189 Granted.. Thank you Lord...
