Guys need your advise.. CO requested for us to accomplish Form 815.. Backreading tells me na malapit na ang visa, question is, how soon? Mejo celebration mode na pero still, something tells me mahaba habang hintayan pa ito again..

Hi po! i'm newbie here! sana welcome po ako makisali sa mga discussions and mgcomment..Hi po sa lahat.. anyways,congrats to all who've got their visas.. lagi po ako nkasubaybay dto sa forum na to..halos everyday ngbabasa ako ng mga comments.. ngeun lng po ako ngjoin kase nahihiya ako..hehe! napakahelpful talaga ng forum na to..gusto ko lng po sana malaman kung meron po ba dto na ngapply din fiance visa pero nareferred ung meds nla at hnggang ngeun nagaantay ng decision ng CO nla?ung sakin po nafinalized na nung May 2, 2013 base on my CO dahil ngemail xa..Referred po ung meds nung January i think mga 2nd week ng January.. happy po ako kase sa wakas nafinalized na xa..kaya lang hanggang ngeun hindi pa xa nadedesisyunan..ganun po ba talaga un? magiintay pa ko ng months ulit bago ko malaman ung decision? naku paxenxa na po meju mahaba,sinulit ko na po first time ko kase dto e..aun po! sa tingin ko po matagalang kembot pa..hehe! kxe ngemail sakin ung immig. eto po ung email nla..

"Once an application is lodged the case officer dealing with the application
will be able to give an estimated processing time taking into account the
application's complexity and the processing times for comparable
applications. At present, current processing times at the Visa and
Immigration Office in Manila are 6 - 9 months.

Please note however that every year the Australian Government sets the
overall migration program as part of the Budget process. The department has
a responsibility to ensure that the number of visas granted overall and
within each visa category are in accordance with the planning levels.

The department currently receives more applications than there are places
available in the family stream of the migration program. This means that
there will be some increase in processing times for these visas and so,
whilst an application may have no further outstanding processing
requirements the visa cannot however be finalised as we need to manage
program and planning levels in the order of the date of lodgement.

I can however advise that your visa application is likely to be finalised
in July 2013."

haist! sa totoo lng nalungkot talaga ako sa email na yan..kxe ang akala ko after mafinalized nung meds na inantay ko ng almost 4 months ok na ang lahat mkakapgdesisyon na cla tulad ng sabi ng CO ko na inaantay nea nlng ung meds result sa Global Health tapos iffinalize nea na ung application ko..sobrang nakakalungkot po kxe mghihintay nnmn ako ng ilng months.. merun po ba dto na nkareceived din ng ganyang email..paxenxa na po ah kung meju mahaba ung comment ko dto..gusto ko lng kxe ishare e..

Pakalat kalat lang po hahaha... Pero nag tanong kasi ako about the what if scenario...

I declared kasi na may medication si nanay sa thyroid nya and kidney...

Mali po yata ako na dapat di ko na ni declare kasi cleared naman sya sa exams nya

I guess wrong move

Kaya po ako nag ask sa discussion na to. If nag ask yung clinic ng medical clearance from her docs eh automatic referred na sa GH or MOC...

@imissjay17 yan ba yung email sayo after mo nag follow-up? baka nmn standard reply nila yan. di bale, next week June na. Hayzz..kaka urat tlaga mag hintay kasi ang apektado din ang iba mong desisyon dito sa application. I can truly understand your situation now. If possible, lagay mo din ang signature mo para di cya matanong ng mga forumers in the future.

@nomad Hi po! mukang ndi yan standard reply e.. ndi ko nga maintindihan kung bkt ang tagal ko pa ulit mghihintay..uu nga e mgJune na pero matagal parin un para sakin e..hehe! ang tagal ko na kxe nghihitay kala ko kpg nafinalize na ung meds mgiging ok na ang lahat ndi prin pla.. another months nnmn ang iintayin ko..huhuhu! iba ang processing time ng skilled migrant visa..

so you dont have to worry..

Wrong move po ata ginawa ko kasi last two weeks ago dun sa form online sa organize your health and sa st. lukes clinic during physical exam sa form sinulat ko about medication nya sa kidney and thyroid. ayun sinabihan kami to provide med clearance. kaya di pa ma upload lahat

Pero wala nang magagawa. Di bale nakuha naman namin mga clearance from her doctors. Ngayon ko ibigay sa st. lukes clinic. sana mabilis nilang iupload.

Im thinking now ma re referred sya. pero sana hindi naman na kasi sabi nila matagal daw talaga pag ganun. Hope yung med cert from doctors paved the way if ever magka CO na kami.

Good luck din po sa inyo. Mahirap po talaga mag hintay. Pero ok na rin at least alam natin may hinihintay tayo kasya sa naghihintay sa wala...

In HIS time po magkakasama na kayo ni fiance.

@imissjay I read that Prospective Marriage visa (subclass 300) may be subject to capping. Pag na-reach na po ang quota for a fiscal year, next fiscal year na po ulit mag-grant ng visa. Malamang ganun ang naging case mo. Pero malay natin, baka maisingit pa yung visa grant nyo bago mag-July. Di bale, malapit na din ang July. Mag-email ka na lang po sa Case Officer mo on June 30. Para sa July 1 visa grant na.

YNew in here: applied for 573 visa bsn 1 yr course + 10 weeks elicos at Flinders Uni SA svp myself at VIA CTR Makati, did not take ielts

April 24 - receipt by embassy April 25 & 30 - medical at nationwide mkt May 3 - results forwarded by nationwide to Global Health Unit Australia May 20 - enquiry reply from diac K.Aurelio saying medical clearance still not received from ghu May 23 - enquiry reply from diac K.Aurelio advising that Global Health Unit has put me on PRIORITY LIST. No request so far for any addtl docs or interview.

Inabutan po application ko ng 3 national holidays pero dib dpt 14 days lng visa 573 but its 19 days napo excluding weekends and holidays? Intake date kopsa elicos dapat may 6 then sa uni july 29 pero pinamove konpo june 11 dahilsa delay.ano po kaya meronb tlgng delay sa clearance ngmga medicals ngayon? Meron pob dto nakareceive replyfrom K. Aurelio? CO pob cia?

Pls help po at dik mkya tlga waiting ng visa decision process nila.

Hay, just got a email today from the embassy to submit form 815 HU kac medyo mataas daw BP ko. Thanks at medical clearance finalised after almost 2weeks. If maforward kop ito today Visa Grant napo kya sunod? Student 573 streamlined po ako.
