    Hi @Khaosan_Road, pero pano po natin malalaman kung wala na problem sa MEdicals, kung Finalized na or Referred.. pero wag naman sana :)
    Before nag-email ako sa office handling the health requirements asking about my medicals. sinabi naman nila na cleared na and waiting for CO nalang to view it.

    Dunno if such can still be done now.

    D ko po alam ung picture na ipapa stamp.
    Sa case po namin, wala nman kami ginawang ganun.
    Not sure po sa ACS. sa Engg Australia po kasi kami eh.

    A resume can never be CTC'ed - it is a personal document in which no one can vouch whether or not the details placed there are correct or not... :)

    Anyway, no... DIAC will not be needing a resume!

    @peach17 - normally, if there are changes, those whose visa application is in progress will not be affected... changes will only be for those new application..

    so far, wala pa namang balita about changes in migration law/requirements.

    guys tanong lang, i don't know if this had been asked. Regarding Police Clearances sa mga overseas countries, ang applicant ba mismo ang magaasikaso nun o ang DIAC ang magrerequest sa mismong government ng country? meron na ba sa inyo na kumuha ng Police Clearance sa Middle East, particularly sa Saudi Arabia? gaano katagal ang aabutin?

    one more thing, nabasa ko kasi sa Booklet 6 na kukuha lang ng Police Clearance kapag nag-stay ka ng 12 months or more. Apparently, if you worked in a particular country for less than 12 months, no need for PC na diba?

    - you will be the one to process the police clearance (DIAC will not do that for you)
    - yes, it is only required for country/ies where you lived 12months or more..
    - for some countries, they will require a letterfrom DIAC CO, before you can start processing the police clearance...
    - meron dito dati kmuha ng Saudi police clearance inabot ng 4 months...
    - so i suggest, start checking now on the process of getting police clearance sa embassy ng country na un.. (example if you are in the phils, check with the KSA embassy in manila)

    Ask q lang po kung posible ba na 'student visa convert to working visa' kahit na dpa tapos yung course kung may mag sponsor na employer na? May naka experience npo ba ng ganito?

    mkapagwork kpa din ng 20hrs per week kahit student visa ka lg.. So ang gawin m na lg while on going ang course m, hanap ka ng work na related sa experience at course m. After ng course m, try to talk 2 ur employer if they are willing to sponsor u a working visa. But sa pgkakaalam q, hanggat hndi pa tpos ung course m, hndi ka pwdeng mag apply ng wrking visa..

    06-01-11: Arrived Australia (457 visa dependent on my dad)
    28-05-12: Lodged RSMS 857 visa (seperate from my dad already)
    28-06-12: Done Medical check
    30-10-12: Submit AFP check
    07-11-12: Went home on a bridging visa B for holiday and wedding..:)

    18-01-13: CO asked documents of my husband to be included on my application as migrating dependent..Thank u LORD!
    15-02-13: Husband completed all requirements (police check, medical, english requirements and joint statement)
    15-02-13: CO issued pre-grant letter instructing hubby to apply tourist visa to enter Australia in order our 857 visa to be granted.
    27-02-13: Hubby applied Subclass 676 tourist visa.
    06-03-13: Hubby's tourist visa approved.
    16-03-13: Hubby arrived Australia.
    18-03-13: Our RSMS 857 visa granted.. (nothing to ask more)

    @boybawang26.. D2 sa company ng papa q, merun ditong pinoy na student visa din at gus2ng mgpa sponsor sa employer nya ng working visa but tpos na ung course nya.. Galing xa sydney at napadpad xa d2 sa Broome Western Australia pra mghanap ng employer to sponsor him while his student visa is not yet expired..

    06-01-11: Arrived Australia (457 visa dependent on my dad)
    28-05-12: Lodged RSMS 857 visa (seperate from my dad already)
    28-06-12: Done Medical check
    30-10-12: Submit AFP check
    07-11-12: Went home on a bridging visa B for holiday and wedding..:)

    Electronics Engineer po ako... Nag search po ako ng mga inf about sa work na ito... Pero parang mahirap maghanap sa Australia.

    Better ata na mag apply muna ako bilang student visa.

    Hello again.

    Pano po mag suspend ng Skill select para di muna mainvite? MAg expire na bukas yung 1st invitation to lodge ko at suspend ko sana muna kasi hintaying ko yung July 1 para sa new computation ng health requirement ng baby ko.

    Hi Sir, yung occupation namin ay nasa CSOL. Are we qualified to lodge visa 189? Or CSOL is only allowed for Visa 190? Salamat in advance

    @donaldsingapore : sched 1 or 2? if sched 1, then you can apply for 189. if sched 2, kelangan 190.

    Jul 16 2012 - Visa Granted! (IED Deadline: May 16, 2013)

    Mar 11 2013 - Officially became a "HOUSE-BAND" :)
    Apr 22 2013 - End of my "HOUSE-BAND" career :)
