    wow... initial entry namin sa May 2013. 1 week lang kami dun ni misis.... nanghihinayang nga ako sa work ko dito.... sayang at kinakabahan na baka matagalan ako bago makahanap ng work.... first time kong aalis ng company na walang work na lilipatan....

    i opened a bank account s in an australian bank online. for my case, i chose to open an account with NAB. once may account na kayo, you can already transfer money via Online Telegraphic Transfer. inquire lang kayo sa sg bank nyo on how to do this. another option would be to request for a cheque in AUD called a Demand Draft tapos deposit nyo na lang pag dating nyo dito sa oz. both cases will require you to visit the branch after arriving here para ma-activate ang account.

    Hello po mga tga SG! Currently waiting ako sa result ng Vetassess, intending to apply Visa 190. While waiting, gusto ko na po sana kumuha ng Police clearance sa UAE(dubai) at Qatar. Pwede na po kaya? Meron na kmi ni husband ng NBI clearnce (me as main applicant). Meron na po ba dito na SG based ba nakakuha ng clearnce fr UAE and qatar? I assume pwede sa embassies nila dto sa SG, tama po ba? Anyone po who knows the requirements? Sa mga kapwa ko nghihintay ng vetassess results at sa may pending visa application, God bless po sa atin!

    @rei_ya : pwede naman po magapply ng PCC's early basta di pa sila expired by the time na maglodge na kayo ng visa. and do take note na it will also affect yung initial entry date deadline nyo. kung maaga mageexpire ang PCC nyo, maaga din and magiging IED deadline nyo. pero kung balak nyo naman po agad pumunta talaga dito sa oz after visa approval, then wala naman issue dun. :)

I tried a bogus EOI account, pwede nman, but assumed lang ang skills assessment date and result. Hihintayin pa rin nila ang Vetassess advice tama po? Kse if it will expedite the process e mag ssubmit na po ako (atat mode) ;))

    If you put a bogus date sa VETASSESS result, ang ibig sabihin nito you were not truthful in your EOI data... Remember, this can be a ground for disqualification.

    i think pinipressure lang nila mga existing eftee na maging peearr kasi nga kailangan nila i-replenish locals nila. so kung dadami ang converts, magkakaroon ng vacancy para sa mga new batch of eftee.
    e ang dami naman nagaapply na eftee para maging peearr pero lagi naman denied. hehe

    i think its the other way around. Getting peear nowadays is like striking toto. Gusto nila talaga bawasan ang mga eftee para mapasaya yung mga sinasabing trublu. Magiging mahigpit na lalo sa mga susunod na taon lalo na sa papalapit na eleksyon sa dalawang libo at labing anim na taon.

    Hi @GoToWaOZ , napaisip lang ako, may advantage po ba kung mg submit na ng EOI kahit pending pa result ng skills assessment? I tried a bogus EOI account, pwede nman, but assumed lang ang skills assessment date and result. Hihintayin pa rin nila ang Vetassess advice tama po? Kse if it will expedite the process e mag ssubmit na po ako (atat mode) ;))
    If you put a bogus date sa VETASSESS result, ang ibig sabihin nito you were not truthful in your EOI data... Remember, this can be a ground for disqualification.

    @psychoboy , so kelangan tlga hintayin ko muna ang Vetasse result db? anyways asikasuhin ko meantime ang clearances from Qatar and UAE..mukhang madugo ang proseso #:-S
