I'm not sure if this is the right thread. May tanong lang ako: Nakareceive kasi ako ng letter from DIAC (Request for information - Detailed Information). isa sa mga yun ay Medical Exam. Pag pupunta ba ng Clinic ano ang kailangang dalhin? passport lang ba o kailangan pa yung request ng DIAC for Medical or completely filled-up Forms 160H and 26H. Di ko kasi madownload ang Froms 160H at 26H, meron lang ako ay Forms 160 and 26. The difference between a 26EH and 26 and 160EH v. 160 is that my reference number is printed at the top of the pages for 26H and 160H.

1. Birth Certificate No -- eto po ba yun ang Local Civil Registrar No?
2. Does the applicant have any dependent family members not travelling to Australia who are not Australian citizen or australian permanent resident --- Dapat po ba declare mo lahat ng kapamilya mo like father, mother, sister, brother, mother in law , father in law, etc?
3. Main Language -- Tagalog po ba kahit na nagwork long sa ibang bansa?
4. Other country of residence --- still have to declare ang address sa Philippines kahit na working abroad?

Nahihirapan kasi ako sa mga bank statements at payslips ko from Saudi Arabia. di ko nakukuha noon ang mga payslips ko kasi nadeploy ako malayo sa office para sa mga projects. so palaging nasa hotel accomodation hanggang sa matapos ang contract ko. then isesend na lang daw nila yung copy via email. at yung Bank STatements, di pa rin nagrereply yung bank ko sa Saudi.
Regarding sa Saudi Police Clearance, naipadala ko na yung mga requirements sa Philippine Embassy sa Saudi Arabia via courier, ang issue lang ay 2-3 months bago i-release. eh may 28 days na lang ako para masatisfy ang mga requirements: medical exam, bank statements, PCCs etc.
Yung sa docs ko from Singapore, nagawan ko ng paraan kasi karamihan ng mga docs ay nagegenerate online at yung iba ipinadala sa kasama ko na uuwi sa pinas next week.
at may mga nareject na ba na VISA sa kasaysayan ng PINOYAU dahil hindi nakapagsubmit ng mga bank statements at taxation docs na certified true copies?

- provide receipts that you applied for PCC Saudi..
- provide email/docs na nagrequest kana ng Bank statement.. ets...
- provide receipts that you have completed your medicals ..
they know na matagal talaga yang mga iba..
the 28-day deadline is for you to respond to them.... if you reply to them na matatagalan, then they will wait for it... if you dont inform them iwthin 28 days, they will make the visa decision without your docs..

- IE is in SOL, therefore you can apply for visa 189
- you have more than 8yrs of work exp relevant to IE
- you need to get IELTS score of 7 in each module (to get 10pts in EOI),
- minimum IELTS for assessment for Engineers Australia is only 6.5pts (but you wont get EOI pts)
btw, im also an IE.. so if you decided to apply, i can share my CDR for EA..

Now lang me nakapagonline. Pwedeng pashare ng CDR if oks lang? Balak naming mag IELTS muna bago magpasa ng EA application? Oks lang ba yun? By July ang target namin ng IELTS. Super kabado kasi ako baka ndi pumasa.. Hayz but tanggal tanggal muna ng negative vibes... Laking tulong talaga itong sharing na ito nagkakaron me ng inspiration to pursue our application.
