Guys another question po, did you stable your docs per tabbing or arranged it lang without stapling or clipping it together?

under the Skilled Nominated Subclass 190 visa

Applications for NSW nomination under the Skilled Nominated Subclass 190 visa for the 2012-13 financial year have reached full capacity and have closed for this year.

Applications for the Subclass 190 visa will open again in July 2013.

NSW continues to accept applications for nominations for other visa classes, including the Significant Investor Visa.

Applications received for NSW nomination under the Skilled Nominated Subclass 190 visa up to close-of-business on 11 April 2013 will be processed as usual. Any application that has already been received and is currently being processed will continue to be processed. Please note processing takes up to 12 weeks and applications may not be finalised in 2012-13. Details of the 2013-14 intake for the Subclass 190 visa will be available in July 2013.

Meaning yung volume ng applicants covering April-July eh na meet na nila just before 11April2013 alone, pero hindi ibig sabihin eh yung caps nila for 190 eh puno na (heheheh pampalakas ng loob!)

Parang yung mga late December 2012 to early January 2013 applicant lang yung pumasok dyan kasi kung iisipin mo, halos 3mths bago sila mag confirm na acknowledgement nila....

@legato09 : yup! basta natanggap nila ang application nyo by April 11th it's gonna be processed as usual. yun nga lang, sinabi rin nila na baka di nila mapaprocess lahat before July 2013.

@legato09 and hotshot agree ako sa mga analysis nyo. Looking sa sheet bumagal sila sa pag approved ng SS... From my point of view, nung nag bilang sila ng mga na received na applications pasok na sa cap nila or even excess, kaya cguro nasabi nila na baka di nila mapaprocess lahat before July 2013. Just my thought.

Matinding dasalan na talaga ito mga batchmates... Good luck po sa ating lahat na nag hihintay sa NSW.

What if maapprove yung SS by June 2013...pati ba VISA processing may cut off and cap?

My wife @paulsmith called NSW and the lady mentioned that baka nga hindi nila ma process lahat even if you got your acknowledgment letter on or before 11 April. Carry over na lang sa July 2013...but ang worry namin is baka magbago yung requirements or even yung JOB ng wife ko mawala sa list.

Anyways, prayers na lang...

hi guys tumawag ako sa hotline nila and babae ang sumagot, tinanong ko lang na if nakuha ko acknowledgement ko ng march, most likely ba ang ss result ko lalabas after july 1?

ang sagot nya ay yes. sa sobrang dami daw ng applications ang processing time nila daw now ay 16 weeks.

sinabi ko sa kanya eh bakit sa ack email ko sabi 12 weeks? sabi nya sinulat lang daw nila na 12 weeks pero ang totoo ay 16 weeks na

repurcussions:

1) if my job code is no longer in the SOL

2) if they would require a higher IELTS score

3) we also have to understand that given the amount of applications they have received, then for the next year they might impose stricter rules or qualifications. we also need to know that elections are coming up this September and with the massive unemployment numbers they have right now, one of the key issues na lumalabas ay influx of foreign talent and migration.

im really hoping na sana makuha natin ito by may or june. kasi ang visa applications nagco-close shop din yan 2-3 days before july 1. pwede din earlier if marami applications.

guys, baka pwede nyo din tawagan. check nyo lang if for the same question, we will all get the same reply, kasi if yes...then hat means by july na tayo makakakuha ng result. we just need to pray na the next ruling will still cooperate with us.

i've asked my agent to check further. i'll let u guys know ano ang sasabihin nila.

ok hey guys sorry just another heads up:

I called again, and i asked if lets say for this year ang job ko ay nasa SOL tapos nakuha ko ack email ko March then because marami applicants I only get to hear from them after July 1...

what if my job is no longer in the SOL by July 1... will that impact my application?

ang sagot nya ay NO.

kasi daw nag apply ako this year.

and i also ask what if by July NSW will impose higher IELTS score, will that impact my application as well? ang sabi nya ay NO. because again, I applied for this year.

so basically, this is just more of a processing issue and talaga mabagakl because sobrang dami. pero all applications they have received and in process, will follow the ruling and requirements of this year, even if we only get to hear from them after July 1.

i guess, we just need to wait much longer

hi guys here's another one. i just spoke to my agent and this is what he said:

1) state nomination: yes if u applied this year and your state nomination only came out after july 1, even if wala na sa list ang job mo you will still be fine, kasi you applied on the year your job was in the list.

2) ang pinaka-importante and much riskier ay ang visa application. he told me that we must get my results before june or earlier and apply for my visa before july 1 (or before they close shop) because if they will change the rules, it will automatically affect me. they wont consider if applicaton started the previous year..if they received my visa app after july 1...i will be following the new set of rules.

possible changes could be on the EOI (like from 60 pts now they can change it to 65 or 70) if this happens and if we dont meet the points, then we cannot proceed with the visa application even if the state nomination came out positive.

dati yata it was at 65 tapos bigla for 2012-2013 naging 60 kaya dumami ang applications.

pwede din changes sa IELTS score qualifacations (like maging higher ang requirement for each band etc etc)

sabi nya if magbago ruling (like maybe sa points) we can seek or find ways to increase points by a) taking the ielts again..getting a 7 on each band allows you 10 pts. b) get ur spouse to take the ielts too c) get ur spouse to undergo skills assessment

anyway yung possble changes he is not sure so, he just mentioned this as a possibilty, comparing it with last year's visa application requirement changes

NSW used to be be very quick in SS application (which is just right considering you are paying for it) however it seems like the amount of applicants made the process slower unfortunately...
