Hi guys oks na din sa wakas ACS ko, nagsubmit ako yesterday ng RPL then today got the email with positive response. Salamat sa lahat ng tulong sa mga makukulit na tanong ko. Ngayon EOI naman.

Nyek, wala po un. Ako nga kahit may template ilang buwan pa rin bago natapos RPL di kasi makafocus. Kaya alam kong pinaghirapan mo pa rin yan, badtrip kasi yung RPL. Pano pala yung education mo nagclaim ka ba ng points? Thanks!

@Hunter_08 Oks naman, confident na ko makaka-7 sa L/R/W, sa speaking lang ako diskumpyado na mental block kasi ako, di ko masabi yung word na "INSPIRATION". di ko na makakalimutan yang word na yan promise! pero lesson learned kasi sabi ko tanungin na lahat sakin wag lang tungkol sa museum dahil nde pa tlga ako nakakapunta kahit saang museum. Pero un yung tinanong sakin, kaya sa mga magtatake magisip kayo ng pinaka-ayaw nyo na topc at yun ang ipraktis nyo. Murphy's Law

@tin0712 yung RPL kasi walang kasamang opinion about education kaya wala tayong supporting document about sa education, ako plano ko magpaPoint advice sa VETASSESS. Pero kung degree ka naman pwede ka na cguro magclaim ng points. 2 year course lang kasi ako. Thanks!

@rguez06 - actually di ako aware sa VETASSESS. Ngayon lang ako nagbasa tama di ni recognized ni acs yung degree ko di ko na tuloy alam me ibang bayad pa pala si VETASSESS. Research pa ko or tatawag ako sa diac at least kung kelangan alam ko ng mas maaga. Salamat naman at na-mention mo.

tama ba ko ng intindi, dapat nag-advise si ACS kung kelangan ko ng points test advice or baka NR na lang si ACS it's up to DIAC na lang to determine kung pasok yung claim ko na 10 pts for educational qualifications?

4. Can I have my qualifications assessed if I have had a Skills Assessment from another assessing authority?
Yes, VETASSESS offers a qualification only assessment for Points Test purposes for applicants who do not require a Skills Assessment from VETASSESS (because their nominated occupation for migration purposes is assessed by another skills assessing authority). DIAC has authorised VETASSESS to undertake qualifications assessments for Points Test purposes for these applicants if their qualification is in a field unrelated to their nominated occupation and the skills assessing authority and/or DIAC has referred them to VETASSESS. This type of assessment is issued as an Advisory Letter for the applicant to give to DIAC for Points Test purposes. DIAC determines whether points will be allocated.
Applicants should consult the Assessing Authority which has issued their Skills Assessment as to whether they would provide Points Test Advice for their qualifications. You should be referred to VETASSESS by your relevant skills assessing authority or by the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) for a qualifications only assessment to assist DIAC to consider a claim for qualification points in the General Skilled Migration Program (GSM) Points Test. A formal referral is not required, but it is the applicants' responsibility to ensure that they have a Points Test Advice from the correct assessing authority. For further information about the Points Test see the DIAC website at www.immi.gov.au.

@tin0712 My 2 cents po, since degree ka naman ok lang na maglodge ka na once invited worst naman for your degree is marecognize sya as diploma and still worth 10 points. And if ever, your CO will refer you to VETASSESS if need mo nga magpa-assess for your qualification, sayang $230 AUD din kasi ang point advice baka nde mo naman pala need. Hope this helps. Thanks!

my friend got her assesment today. she submitted last Feb 15. saktong 2 monhts. but she was referred to another code. question: how long should the process take since she was referred only after 2 months? are there any success story like this? from sys ad to support engineer.

I received the COE from Company #1. Ok na sana kaso walang nakalagay na "Full Time" employee. Do I need to make a stat dec for this? I've asked them kung pwedeng baguhin nila yung COE kaso sabi hindi daw pwede. Please help, ano po bang magagawa ko dito? Kasi nakalagay sa ACS na MUST contain yun sa COE.

Ok lang kaya hindi nakalagay na full time and 8hours yung work?hindi kasi nilagay COE ng previous employer ko eh. Yung sa present employer naman hindi din nakalagay pero meron sa job offer na 8hrs work

@kremitz and @icmp - dapat detailed ang COE as much as possible para wala na kayong maging problem. Here is a sample employment reference from ACS

If hindi makapag produce ng detailed COE ang employer nyo, pwede naman kayo gumawa at mag submit ng third party statutory declaration na signed ng katrabaho nyo. You can see this detail on page 10 of their guideline found here
