Medicals referred to Medical Officer of the Commonwealth (MOC)

Guys/Gals....my agent called me up this afternoon to inform me na granted na VISA ko.... (
nasa megamall ako when i got the call.. medyo nakakahiya.. teary eyed and pigil na pigil ang emotions.. parang OA.. pero ganoon pala ang feeling .. when you work hard on something for almost a year.. dugo at pawis ang puhunan.. then you finally get it...

congrats po!.. i can imagine the scenario.. parang gusto mong sumigaw sa saya pero di mo magawa kasi nasa megamall ka.. haha..

hi everyone! since about medical nman ang usapan bka pwede ko ding matanong s inyo.. gaano kahigpit un medical examination? For example may history ng sakit before, sasabihin yun sa physician db? d kaya ma-decline agad un?

Kanino nyo po inaaddress yung query nyo? every 4 weeks po kayo nag ssend ng follow up email?

Diyan po ako nag-email. Twice lang po ako nag-email diyan. On the 7th week ng referral at saka nung 11th week. Mukhang mabilis na ngayon ang MOC. Maraming February referrals ang na-finalise na. Kailan po kayo nagpa-medical? Baka pwede na po kayo mag-send ng email.

Di ko lang po alam yung exact date kung kelan kami na referred to MOC.
Pero sinabihan kami ni CO na Referred yung Medicals ni hubby first week ng April. Ibig po ba sabihin 1st week of April kami na Referred to MOC? Tama po ba?

Hi po ask ko lng referred kasi medical ng son ko last march 6 pa usually ilan weeks before ma finalised 457 subclass visa kmi sponsor kmi ng company ng husband ko un sa daughter ko kc na referred ng march 1 pero na finalised ng march 25 kaya confused Ako dun sa medical ng son ko bakit wala pa.... @peach17 pano po malalaman if referred ungmedical? samin po kasi walanga dvise eh... May agent kasi kami kaya di ko po alam.... kelan po ba kayo nag pamedical? after ilang days nyo nalaman na referred ung meds nyo?

Hi All! I got my visa grant today. Looks like mabilis na din si MOC so antay2 na lang din. I followed up my CO last week, around 2 months after my dependent's medicals were referred, and she said there was still no update from MOC that time but that the application had been escalated for a decision. I thought it would be at least a month of waiting pa, so I was very surprised when I got the grant notification this afternoon, just a week after I last emailed my CO. I also followed the tip of @StickyNote to email [email protected]. I emailed them yesterday and got a standard reply this morning. In the afternoon, may grant na.

I hope you guys get your visa grants soon too! Praise the Lord! God bless us all.

walang pattern sa waiting time ng mga referred medicals eh..
check mo status ni @mariamorris... 2 months lang ang waiting time nila..
yung iba nmn 3-5months.. so i guess depende sa case kung bakit na-referred at
depende na rin sa dami ng pending cases sa MOC..

Its almost 16 weeks of waiting for me.. All other January referred medicals are getting their results.. I feel like I'm the only one left out

( Is there anyone here whose medicals were referred in January? Any news guys?

@peach17, I emailed [email protected] for the first time I think last Monday lang. I followed up my CO twice after getting confirmation that my dependent's medicals had been referred. I have a feeling susunod na din yang sa inyo. Keep the faith guys. The wait is worth it.

hello po. share ko lang, nagpamedical kami ni hubby kanina sa st lukes. sinabi naman samin ung result ng xray. kay hubby normal, ung akin may 3 opinion na nakuha dun sa xray result ko.

1st reading - may nakitang pulmonary scar
2nd reading - ok normal result
3rd reading - ok normal result

sabi ng st lukes iuupload daw nila ung result and ung CO or ung DIAC na magsasabi kung kailangan pa ng additional test. sa tingin nyo ba ung case nung xray result ko is ung klase na narerefer sa MOC?

hi @peach17! Around a week after my dad completed his medicals, the clinic called to let us know na narefer nga and that additional tests were needed. My dad had the additional tests done on the 2nd week of Feb. I informed my CO right away about it (that further tests were required and that we had complied) and ang reply was that we wait for MOC's decision. I think 2 weeks after, I emailed the CO again and she confirmed na narefer nga yung medicals and that there was no specific timeline for when referred medicals were usually finalized and that, yes, madami nga daw backlog of cases sa MOC. She was also the one who gave us the information that Feb 20 was the date when the medicals were referred. Hindi na ako masyado nangulit after that except yung paramdam every 4 weeks or so.

Good pm.hubby has to havr sputum test and another xray kasi may ptb history sya at may scar. Ask ko lang does the test has to be done at the same clinic n nagpamedical?or pede s ibang clinic n accredited ng oz immig? ang mahal kasi dto s sg 160 per sputum test.

Balak kasi namin s st lukes n magpa sputum at xray. oks lang ba un kahit s sg kmi unang nagpamedical?

You're welcome @peach17. I checked my email thread with my CO, and nag email pala ako sa kanya before the 4th week to confirm if narefer nga (kasi it was the clinic who informed us, not the CO), and then I asked for updates sa 4th week na. That time, the replacement of my CO (she was probably on leave) said wag daw pa ulit2 ng tanong kasi it might cause delays in the processing of mine and other applications. Hehe. So I waited another 4 weeks before nag email ulit. I think reasonable na din naman yung every 2 or 4 weeks nagfafollow-up. Good luck po sa inyo. Malapit na yan. Keep praying.
