hotshot nun na grant visit visa nyo. may deadline ba na dapat umalis na in certain period. or kapag 3 months visa ang start ng 3 months ay simula ng na grant? kasi if mag apply ako ngayong ng TV pero alis ko ay sa Oct.

1 year multiple entry ang binigay sa amin nun. 1 year starting from date of visa grant. wala naman nakalagay sa conditions kung kelan ka dapat dumating ng oz pero kung october mo pa balak pumunta, wag ka muna mag-apply. i know someone na nagapply ng visa too early tapos di muna sya inentertain at pinabalik na lang pag malapit na ang planned vacation nila.

we submitted sa singapore office last yr... no notarized/certified true copy ang hinanap. basta photocopy lang ng docs and we brought the original copy with us for verification.

@maila031182..if u will apply at manila embassy, thru their service delivery partner all documents must be certified true copy or notarized..

@psychoboy and @nfronda, Thanks a lot.. yung bf ko ang mag apply, going to invite him.. natatakot ako baka di ma-approve kasi bago pa naman ako sa Australia under 475, pero may proof of funds naman cya, ang mangyayari lng accomodation lang yung sa akin.. question lang po, pag accomodation yung support na ibibigay ko sa kanya, do I need to provide some documentation for that?pati ba proof of relationship namin? ano naman possible na proof other than joint account kasi wala pa talaga kami ganung docs.. what we have are pictures and communication lang talaga.. please po suggestion.. I did some SPA for my transactions sa pinas at siya nakalagay dun, can I use that as one of the documents?

@maila031182 ..yes, u need to write a letter indicating that u r inviting him for a tourist visa and state their that u will provide his accomodation and documents na rin pra wlang question..yes u need to provide din proof of ur relationship.. kng panu at kailan kayo nag meet, panu kayo ngkakilala.. need din ung mga chat history nyo to show panu kayo mag communicate..at need din yan mga photos nyo together..

hello there! Im a newbie here, I need some advise po.. Im planning to apply for a tourist visa this year.. Ive been to Oz po once nung bata pa aq. Now Im 25, single.. And im planning to resign ndn sa work ko.. Any advise po on how to get a TV to be approved? many thanks po.

@yell..Question is, what are the main reason why u want to get a TV here in OZ??

To get a TV to be approved you need to have the following:
1. Funds that can support to urself while u r here. For ur accomodation and foods for 3 months.
2. An invitation from one u know here in OZ, or kng wla mn u have to provide ur outlined plan of being a tourist here.
3. An evidence that u have to go back to Philippines after ur 3 months TV, example is ur school register kng nag aaral ka, approved leave from ur company kng nagtatrabaho ka, ur business permit kung merun kang business na minamanage sa pinas or ung anak m kng merun mn or ung strong family ties m sa family m.

- unless you have all the money it's probably not a good idea to resign for work before applying for a Tourist Visa..

kailangan lang nandun basic info na hinahanap ng AU embassy...
sample eto ginamit ng mga kakilala ko:

This letter is issued as an invitation for my niece/cousin Name with Philippine Passport Number XXXXX, to travel to Australia for vacation from March 26 to April 1, XXX.

For the duration of her vacation, I will be taking care of all her expenses and she will be staying at our home in addresss---

- Copy of my Driving License
- Copy of Bank Statement/Pay Slip

@icebreaker1928 I use statutory declaration signed by us couple in front of a Justice of Peace. Ginamit ko ito for 5 times na, 3x my mum, 1x sister and 1x friend. You just change the message depending on the type of support you will provide. Then when u say u provide accommodation in the stat dec, u attach a copy of the rental agreement or notice of valuation of your property if u own the place. As for my mum/sis where I will provide return airfare, accom, shopping money, medical expenses and all incidentals in the duration of their stay then that's when we attach payslips, bank statements and all other docs to support your claim. Whatever is in your stat dec should pretty much tie to the information provided in the Tourist Visa form. May question kasi sa TV form re: support. I can show you a sample if you like, pm mo lang ako.

Hello po, ask ko lang po kung anong chance maapprove ang tourist visa ng sister ko. Plan kasi namin is siya nalang magdadala sa baby namin before the required initial entry date. Nauna kasi kami mag-asawa..naiwan muna si baby. We are just one month here in AU.

1. My sister has no work since housewife lang siya
2. She is incharge of her kids since husband in on overseas
3. She doesn't need to be here for more than 3 months.

Hello po, ask ko lang po kung anong chance maapprove ang tourist visa ng sister ko. Plan kasi namin is siya nalang magdadala sa baby namin before the required initial entry date. Nauna kasi kami mag-asawa..naiwan muna si baby. We are just one month here in AU.

1. My sister has no work since housewife lang siya
2. She is incharge of her kids since husband in on overseas
3. She doesn't need to be here for more than 3 months.

It really depends on the case officer.. but my sister who has no job and no money on the bank got approved... we just submitted all the required document like payslip , bank statement and a invitation and statutory letter that we will be giving her food and accommodation ( our payslip etc )

Hi Sis. Naku, na-realize ng nanay ko, mag expire na passport niya !!! Mahirap mag-apply ng visa kung less than 6 months validity ng passport. Hehe, ayan tuloy mag-renew pa passport. Matatagalan pa siguro siya ng ilang buwan pa. Pero kasi, naghahanap pa din kasi ako ng new apartment malilipatan. So, ok lang may delay ng konti.

Pro eto yung mga documents na hinahanda ko:

1. Payslips
2. Rental/tenancy agreement
3. Visa ko
4. Certificate of employment
5. Health insurance para sa kanya. (Di ko pa din to nagagawa).
6. Stat declaration (reminds me din, kailangan ko print din to)

PM mo sakin Sis email mo and forward ko sayo yung bigay ni @spykes78. So far, yun pa lang. Not sure kung may iba pa kailangan.
