medyo mahaba ang list, but you will only need them at certain stage of your application..
a. concentrate first on your IELTS
b. then important documents for your EA assessment
- Educ Qualification- DIploma/TOR, training certs, PRC license (kung meron)
- work documents, COE+JD, payslip, ITR, training certs from work.
- of course your passport
- unless your wife will do EA assessment or will claim partner's point, she will need the same set of docs, pero kung hindi, sa next stage mo na sya kailangan..
c. documents for EOI/Skillselect.
- your IELTs again, and EA assessment result
- passport/BC for all included in your application
- wife, diploma/tor/english cert
- proof of relationship - marriage cert
d. then the rest after CO assignment, you dont need to do this now dahil may expiration date ito.. kaya wait for CO before doing this..

b) IELTS - yes.. if required by assessing body then you need to satisfy the minimum IELTS score of the assessing body.. kung hindi required pwede na ang 6.0 score in each module.

I'm a newbie here and I have several questions before submitting an EOI for subclass 189, I hope you can help me.
Mage-expire na kasi passport ko in January and yung current passport ko still bears my maiden name. I am also scheduled to give birth this May. Kung magrenew ba ako ng passport before submitting my EOI (which is after I give birth para maisama ko si baby sa application), makaka-affect ba to sa documents ko with ACS and IELTS (kasi mag name change ako)?
I am also thinking kung magsubmit na ng EOI before passport renewal then just fillout the Form 1022: Notification of changes in circumstances after passport renewal. Is this a better option? Would you recommend to have the name change along with the passport renewal?

Passport:
1. Submit EOI now... matagal pa ang January 2014... you can use the form to change your passport details pag nagka CO kana.. or even kahit after ma-approve na ang visa mo..
2. You can use your maiden name or married name sa EOI.. it does not matter.. it will not affect your application, you just need to present your marriage cert of course..
Incase ma invite ka na for visa application:
2. Pag nagka CO ka before May.. inform them na buntis ka.. ang mangyayari they will delay your medical exam.. kasi hindi pwede mag medical/xray ang buntis
3. Pag nagka CO ka after mo manganak, then just the same, use the form to add your baby..

Just a followup question, i have resigned from my work last week. Of course my reference letter from my last employer during the time na nagsubmit ako ng papers for assessment with ACS last January, yung duration is "up to present" since connected pa naman ako with the company then. When I filled out my EOI for the Employment History, I have updated the duration "until April 2013". Is this ok?

Yep I have actually secured an updated copy of the reference letter from my boss before I left the company indicating my last day. Sana lang hindi maka-affect sa EOI assessment kasi hindi match ung date from ACS. But if final review naman is based sa CO, I can readily provide this to them.

but to be sure, kailangan dala mo both ang passport mo sa pagtravel..
