Hi maam, im single parent, my baby going 2 yr old, i have 5yrs data encoder experience, BSIT 4yrs graduate, pasok po ba ako for skilled independent visa? At kung pasok po ako ano po una kong gawin? And mga requirements na isusubmit ko sa accessing authority? Thank you po,

    - first thing to do is to find an occupation in the SOL/CSOL that matches you skill/work exp
    - if your skill/work experience is matching with that occupation, then you can procceed with assessment...

    @Tecla - both of your questions were answered in that information thread:

    - IELTS, depende sa occupation/assessing agency
    - yes kung wla sa SOL/CSOL hindi kayo ma-invite to apply, and therefore walang chance magka VISA under the SKILLED VISA... so it's useless to apply for skills assessment and/or IELTS...

    @Tecla depende po sa i nominate ninyong occupation. Let say nag match ang ocupation nyo sa sol or csol and for example IT usuallt ang ACS ang assessing body nyo po. Like in my case sys admin sa ACS po.

    Ito po yung site. www.acs.org.au

    Requirements po ay nakasulat din sa site. Like COE, TOR etc.

    Happy Mother's day to all mother's out there!
    I have a question regarding sa pag fill-up ng EOI at sa mga required documents na pwedend hingin ng CO in the future.
    I am now separated from my husband bpero hindi pa kami annulled. Ano ang dapat kong ilagay sa EOI, married pa din ba o separated na? Second, what are the documents I need to present sa CO to prove na separated na kami? Salamat po sa mga sasagot at ng maliwanagan po ako. Godbless po!

    7/5/13 - SA SS submitted
    7/11/13 - SS approved; received invitation
    8/13/13 - Lodged Visa 190
    9/17/13 - CO allocated (Team 7 Adelaide)
    9/20/13 - Medicals done @ NHSI
    10/7/13 - Medicals uploaded
    10/16/13 - Visa Grant. Thank u Lord!

    - hindi ko alam sagot kung married or separated na ang dapat ilagay.. (personal opinion ko lang.. i think pwde na ang separated)

    - yung mga iba po nabasa ko, they provided affidavit (notarized) na separated na, pero hindi pa annulled.. nilagay nilang reason dahil mahal at mahaba ang process ng annullment sa pinas..
    - kailangan din mag sign yung spouse, na nag-agree sya na hiwalay na kayo, na hindi sya sasama sa application mo sa AU.. at kung may anak kayo, na ikaw ang may custody sa bata..

    @lock_code2004 salamat @lock code, ang nilagay ko kasi separated tapos may question dun na "Would the client be accompanied by the cient's partner in a future application?" No po ang sinagot ko.
    Follow-up question lang po, what if na provide ko yung affidavit with signatories. I fofollow-up pa rin kaya nun ng CO? Anong mga verification kaya ang pwede nilang gawin?

    6/28/13 - EOI submitted
    7/5/13 - SA SS submitted
    7/11/13 - SS approved; received invitation
    8/13/13 - Lodged Visa 190
    9/17/13 - CO allocated (Team 7 Adelaide)

    @ledzville - part ng check ng DIAC, they wmight do background check..
    now to what extent, we wouldn't know.. possibleng tawagan nila ang ex-husband nyo..
    but kung nagsign naman sya na okay sa kanya.. then walang problema..

    may certain requirements po about that.. they call it "de-facto" relationship..
    you have to prove that the relationship is geniune and continuing..

    @Tecla - make sure na alam nyo po ang occupation na inonominate nyo (yung nasa SOL/CSOl)..

    - for full list of requiremetns and how to proceed with application for skills assessment, please check with ACS website..
    - ideally, kailangan ng mga Certified True copy ng mga documents nyo..

    Ok po. May gay (beki) friend po ako na interest din mag apply ng skilled visa. Yun nga lang nag aalinlangan sya gumastos ng assesment at ielts kc ok po ang work experience nya nominated s occupation ng aus. Kso po dw ang academic nya d nmn po dw mataas at may ilang failed p xa, bka dw makaapekto s assessment? Thank you!

    @Tecla ang pointing system ay hindi based sa.mataas na grades basta naka graduate sya ng bachelors degree at may sapat work exp sya pasok un.

    Baka nga sa mga reputable schools pa sya galing kaya mababa grades nya which is malamang mahirap pumas hehe...
