Ngaun ko nga lng narinig yan Seo/sem na job pero mukhang in demand lalo na ngaun age of social media/ mobile phones. Plus magaling ang stategy nya for applying. Online applications, research and networking.
Linkedin is a very good medium for networking. I almost got an excellent tax free expat package in mexico through linkedin from an Irish recruiter pero after 4 levels of interview through webex eh minalas sa final interview haha. Global competition is so tough.
For canada good sites are jobbank.ca and workpolis. Sa nz & australia Seek pa din. Plus sa linkedin dami din dun jobs and you can interact with recruiter directly. Medyo personalised pa nga kasi social media din yun. You can join various groups and share in relevant forums. Plus para din syang yellow pages, where ikaw yung ireresearch ng potential employer/ recruiters.

I think I need to share some info narin sa inyo how I got here.
Im an accountant, working in a company here in WA. I've been here for about 5 months already. I've got this very rare opportunity thru www.workabroad.ph. Thank and praise God!
Pero bihira talaga or once in a blue moon na merong hiring for Australia, karamihan sa site na yan middle east bound. It was thru an agency too. I worked in Qatar for 4 yrs before.
I was interviewed mid-Oct'12, employer went to Phils, shortlisted only two, I was the first choice and there was a second candidate, told me if I wont accept, the offer will go to 2nd. I accepted.
Papers processed in 2 months time. Documents submission, IELTS, assessment, health examination... working pako nun, kaya ang hirap.. but it's all worth it...syempre. At blessing talaga ni Lord dahil wala akong binayaran even placement fee. I just spent for my own health insurance at medical exam.
Jan'13 I landed here in the company's Head office in WA. Mejo complicated kasi case ko. They offered me position for their QLD business, but I am stuck here in their head office in WA parin.
Pero tama si psychoboy.. the dilemma im facing now is that im not pretty sure kung magiging ok ako sa company ko ngayon since I am encountering problem with my manager here. Mahirap i-explain. Since 457 visa ako, nakadepende sa company ang stay ko dito. Pag hindi pa PR mahirap din...
Pero si Lord na po ang bahala.
I believe Sya naman nagpadala sa akin dito, Sya rin ang magdedecide kung pauuwiin narin ako.
Manalig lang kayo sa Lord, pray and pray till you get a rare opportunity too.

First off, ilan taon po ba contract niyo with the company? Coz, if it's like me, na 1 year lang, mabilis lang po ang 1 year. 5 months na tayo, konting panahon na lang. Ako din 5 months na, and I'm also on a 457. After ng 1 year, you will have gained local experience which will make you more "marketable", ika nga.
Now, if talaga ayaw niyo na sa company, there are other options po. Hanap ng ibang employer na hindi lang willing mag takeover, allowed din sila mag-nominate. May requirements ang DIAC sa mga kumpanya in terms of company income, size etc., para pwede sila maging sponsor. So, hindi din lahat kaya mag-sonsor ng 457.
Having said all that, lahat naman tayo may challenges. Maswerte po tayo at meron tayong trabaho. Mas mahirap, tingin ko, ang maghanap ng trabaho. 1-2 years lang po yan. After that, apply na tayo PR-sponsored or skilled migration.
