    June 04 - Uploaded my Med Results to AU-Emb as per NHIC
    June 06-21 - Constant/Everyday email to DIAC
    June 27 - Medical Results uploaded 4 June
    July1 - Follow up again
    July 6 (Sat) - CO Allocated
    July 9 - sent/asking Visa status update to my CO
    July 9, (PM) - We seek to finalise your visa application in the next 3 days- replied from Embassy
    July 12 - Embassy asked for update COE/Late arrival letter from my course provider
    July 15 - submit my updated COE to my CO Mr as per advised my Ms
    July 16 - acknowledged my submitted docs and they're aware of my new commencement date and my papers still on process.....
    July 15-17 - emailed them for status update and no reply since 16 July....
    July 22 - DIAC Emailed me and asked for bank history for
    July 23 - submitted Affidavit of support, bank history from my auntie
    July 25 - received a visa refusal letter..
    Reason for Visa Refusal
    These funds were not considered because the applicant has not provided evidence of regular income from her financial supporter.  
    July 26 - what a birthday present I received from Air21!!!

    MOC=medical officer of the commonwealth, yung ibang forum CMO abbreviation nila. from what i've learned here in the forum, the MOCs are the ones making decisions sa mga medical results na merong findings(i.e. hypertension, obesity, TB, HIV, DM at kung ano pang medical history). Look at the links on my sig numbered 1 to 4. Meron link dun about MOCs and Panel Physicians.

    Aug 1 - request form 815 health undertaking passed it on the same day :)
    Aug 5 - emailed diac that i have to be able to attend uni on the 12th otherwise i would need to defer my course.
    Aug 6 - they might have read my email and issued a grant at 2pm
    Aug 7 - received sms that they have dispatched documents thru courier

    aww..condolence haha :) I hope you get allocated na soon :) curious lng with your constant email how many emails and inquiries have you actually sent in the past month?hehe gayahin ko nga. kc takot ako bka maannoy cla sken but then again I paid for it so why not use the service provided dba?saka bka mmya ma pile up lng at d ako mainform like my hubby's medical I patiently waited for 3 wks tpos my addtl test pla :(

    @maliboo - Ive been sending email to them daily after my medical results, I was asking if they were received by med results, they sometimes replied me, sometimes not and then I called them last Thursday for the first time and telling me same reason, so I stopped sending them email, but I will call them everyday na starting today, dun sa number na binigay mo... :D

    Subclass 572 - July 10, 2013 intake extended till 26July - Melbourne
    (DIY Application)
    May 24 - Lodged Student Visa at VIAC
    May 27 - Acknowledged my Docs thru SMS
    May 29 - Emailed me to undergo Medical
    May 30 - Medicals done @ NHIC
    June 04 - Uploaded my Med Results to AU-Emb as per NHIC
    June 06-21 - Constant/Everyday email to DIAC
    June 27 - Medical Results uploaded 4 June
    July1 - Follow up again
    July 6 (Sat) - CO Allocated
    July 9 - sent/asking Visa status update to my CO
    July 9, (PM) - We seek to finalise your visa application in the next 3 days- replied from Embassy
    July 12 - Embassy asked for update COE/Late arrival letter from my course provider
    July 15 - submit my updated COE to my CO Mr as per advised my Ms
    July 16 - acknowledged my submitted docs and they're aware of my new commencement date and my papers still on process.....
    July 15-17 - emailed them for status update and no reply since 16 July....
    July 22 - DIAC Emailed me and asked for bank history for
    July 23 - submitted Affidavit of support, bank history from my auntie
    July 25 - received a visa refusal letter..
    Reason for Visa Refusal
    These funds were not considered because the applicant has not provided evidence of regular income from her financial supporter.  
    July 26 - what a birthday present I received from Air21!!!

    Refusal letter made after 61days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    @pepper hehe :) malapit na pla intake mo ano? allocation na lng nman so hndi nman cguro mtagal un.. bka a week before intake date cguro meron kna visa :)

    Subclass 573 (SVP) commencement date Aug 12
    May 21 - lodged visa application
    May 23 - DIAC acknowledged application
    May 31 - Medicals NHSI
    June 4 - NHSI submitted results
    June 10 - Medicals referred to MOC June 4
    June 25 - was informed we needed addtl tests for hubby
    June 28 - hubby's meds uploaded and referred to HOC AUSTRALIA
    June 23 - received email from DIAC stating "we have recently received your husbands medical clearance".
    Aug 1 - request form 815 health undertaking passed it on the same day :)
    Aug 5 - emailed diac that i have to be able to attend uni on the 12th otherwise i would need to defer my course.
    Aug 6 - they might have read my email and issued a grant at 2pm

    @maliboo - Yep, that was I am thinking baka talagang gusto nila na ma-praning muna ang nag apply ng visa, kasi nga di ako sumunod sa processing days na at least 3months before ang lodging :>
    tsaka siguro alam nila na parating na birthday ko, at issorpresa nila ako hahaha

    Ano ba dapat gawin para mapabilis ang visa processing? Haha grabe.. Ang hirap naman maghintay. Sana man lang nauupdate din tayo lagi sa status ng visa ntin

    @pepper Same tayo. Hndi din ako sumunod sa 3 months prior of lodging. Nag lodge ako nung April tapos start date ko sa October pa. So, it means, matagal pa dadating visa ko? Wag naman. I've been waiting for four months na. Hays.

    11/17/12: passed school application thru IDP * 12/4/12: received letter of offer (univ. of newcastle) * 12/12/12: credit application * 2/22/13: received new letter of offer * 2/26/13: paid deposit fee * 3/8/13: received COE and paid visa fee * 4/10/13: visa application thru IDP * 4/11/13: medical request from DIAC * 4/12/13: medical exam done * 4/19/13: SLEC uploaded my medicals * 4/12/13: medical exam done * 7/11/13: VISA GRANTED

    @amedina nagmedical npo ba kau? hmm ang pgkakalam ko 120 days prior to intake date po cla mgcstart mgprocess so bka po ongoing na maginquire nlng din po kau sa DIAC pra sure

    @maliboo yap done na medical ko. nung april, nag email sakin embassy na na-refer daw medical ko. i dunno why pero baka dahil sa asthma ko snce dineclare ko un sa SLEC. I waited for updates, nag eemail ako evry 2 weeks pero wait pa din dw ng CO ko med clearance ko frm Global Health. overall, four months na ako nag hhintay. di naman ako nagmmdali snce october pa intake ko kasi antagal ko na naghhintay. I am under 573 SVP. yun. wala pa reply embassy ngayon. sana dumating na soon. di na kasi normal pag umabot pa ng 5-6 months waiting ko di ba. haysss.

    @amedina omg narefer ang meds mo for 4 months? :( pano nlng ako ayayay :( hmm.. un nga ung worry nmen ng mga iba dito kaso unlike you we dont have enough time to wait :( dhl intake na. nagfollow up ka na ba kht papano?exage nmn sbe nla 8-12 wks lng tgal nung sau :(
