    @payatot ah.. pero sinabihan ka din ba ng clinic na no need for additional test? sinabihan kasi ako, pero im wondering if irrefer din ako sa MOC..

    June 10 - Medicals referred to MOC June 4
    June 25 - was informed we needed addtl tests for hubby
    June 28 - hubby's meds uploaded and referred to HOC AUSTRALIA
    June 23 - received email from DIAC stating "we have recently received your husbands medical clearance".
    Aug 1 - request form 815 health undertaking passed it on the same day :)
    Aug 5 - emailed diac that i have to be able to attend uni on the 12th otherwise i would need to defer my course.
    Aug 6 - they might have read my email and issued a grant at 2pm
    Aug 7 - received sms that they have dispatched documents thru courier

    Thank you god!!:) im done waiting :)

    hi guys..my application reached 14 working days na and they e-mailed me this morning:

    Dear Ms Rosales,

    Thank you for your email.

    Our records indicate that your application is currently being assessed.
    Please note that the average processing time for Student visa applications
    on Assessment Level 1 is 14 working days from date of lodgement. However,
    this is indicative only and individual applications may be decided shorter
    or longer than our advertised service standards depending on a range of
    factors, individual circumstances and the complexity of each case. Please
    note that your medical clearances were already received.

    Once a decision is made on your application, it will be communicated to you
    via the option you have indicated in your application form.

    May 6 - received COE from USQ

    Napa pa-rent ako ng room in Melbourne, . We are a family renting out a big house. 20 min from the city by train and train is 10 min walk from our house.     @bluejinx I think within 14 days from medical clearance so kng inaassess ka pa bka next week for sure meron na..

    @tenseako nako nkakainis ang experience nmen sa addtl test sbe ng Dr sa clinic wla na dw kylangan only to find out from the embassy nearly 4 wks later na kylangan ng addtl test for hep b dhl sa tattoo :) ngemail ka na ba sa DIAC?dun mo lng nmn mlalaman kng referred.

    @payatot I think nung april 22 ka pa narefer.. mtgal lng tlga ata ang MOC ngaun,kng c montalban ung ngrep sau sa email most likely wla msyadong specific info :). try asking kng kelan na refer rpo sbe nmn na follow up n diba?

    @maliboo hindi pa naman, okay na bang mag-email agad? kahit kanina lang inupload ung medical? dahil lang sa tattoo? so blood test pinagawa? sana maging okay na yan.. sobrang tagal naman ng follow up na pinagawa nila..

    tumawag sa akin ung CO ko then dalawa kasi ung show money ko isang bdo na investment fun isang east west na savings

    then sabi sa akin ang na consider lng daw nila na fund ko eh ung sa east west bank na mga 12k dollars then may BDO ako na savings account na na open ko po nong april mga 6k dollars ang laman...

    then ung sa bdo na investment fund ko 1.3 million ang naka pag pasa na ako ng statement ng bank na ung fund ko dun eh from 2011 at hanggang ngyn eh d nmn na baba ng 1.3 million sobra sobra pa nga un sa dapat eh!!! hay nmn sakit sa ulo

    kasi sabi nya sa akin ung sa east west lng ang naiicoconsider nya eh ung fund ko nmn sa BDO account eh eh liquid acount din nmn un na pwede kong ma withdraw any time

    ano po bang pwede kong gawin?????? si C.dadula ang CO ko eh... may nakaka kilala pi ba sa kanya???....

    may 30 13 = got a letter na magsasara ung skul na pinag erolan ko!!!! (tiwala lng kay GOD)
    june 10 13 = naka hanap na ng bagong skul then bayad na din tuition wait ko n lng ang COE then sabi ng embassy email ko na lng sa kanila ang bagong COE ko ;)
    june 13 13 = sent new COE sa embassy
    june 20 13 = got my CO then request na for additioanal documents they called me sa fone.
    JUNE 20 2013 = PASSED MY ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS TRU EMAIL
    JULY 10 2013 = embassy emails me na d pwede ung show money ko na 1.3 m dahil nasa investment fund siya and i have to complete lahat ng show money ko in 8 days.
    JULY 15 2013 = emailed embassy na kung pwede ilipat ko ung pera ko sa investment fund sa eastwest bank na sabi nila pwede daw ung east west ko
    JULY 22 2013 = nag reply na ang embassy about my funds then they told me n kailangan ng mga certificate galing sa bank n ung funds ko ay nailipat ko tlaga sa eastwest from BDO then they ask for an extension letter galing sa school ;)
    JULY 24 2013 = passed my new certificates from the bank na ang show money ko na investment fund ko from bdo ay nilipat ko sa eastwest ( wait na lang ako ng letter from school )
    JULY 25 2013 = recieved my extension letter from my school until aug 2 then if d pa din lumabas ang visa ko within next week
    next intake na akk w/c is aug 22 then na email ko na sa embassy today ung extension letter ko
    JULY 22 2013 = recieved an email from the embassy na natangap na nila ung additional docs ko
    AUG 1 2013 = nag email nmn sila na d pa nila n rereceive and documents ko 3 bes ko n un sa kanila ni send !!!!!!!
    AUG 13 2013 =hard copy na ng bagong COE ang pinasa ko sa piasi
    d na ako umabot sa first intake so na mive ang intake ko ng aug 26
    AUG 14 2013 = nagtxt na ang embassy sa akin na natanggap ma nila ang bagong COE ko
    AUG 16 2013 = got email na VISA GRANT NA

    Didn't receive any update yet from the embassy. Woaaah orientation ko na next week. Sayang nmn ang libreng field trip kung di mn lng mkapunta sa orientation.

    Yun nga din ting in ko, earlier pa to na refer, ngaun lang sinabi. Sinabi naman na nag follow-up sila.

    Aug 1 - request form 815 health undertaking passed it on the same day :)
    Aug 5 - emailed diac that i have to be able to attend uni on the 12th otherwise i would need to defer my course.
    Aug 6 - they might have read my email and issued a grant at 2pm
    Aug 7 - received sms that they have dispatched documents thru courier

    @maliboo oks lang ba ung tanong ko sa knila na "i would like to inquire if my medical results were referred to MOC or not" haha! baka lalo sila magisip na dapat irefer eh! kinabahan ako sa ginawa ko. through IDP din kasi ako, so ngemail ako both my counselor and sa email mismo ng immigration..

    Subclass 573 - SVP
    ELICOS for 12 weeks + BS Nursing
    ELICOS commencing on October 24, 2013

    April 15 2013 - letter offer from QUT
    June 3, 2013 - paid tuition fee
    June 10, 2013 - accepted offer
    June 20, 2013 - eCOE given
    June 26, 2013 - visa lodge via IDP
    June 27, 2013 - visa lodgment confirmation text received
    July 2, 2013 - informed for medical
    July 3, 2013 - medicals done
    July 5, 2013 - medicals uploaded. NHSI informed me that there's no need for additional tests.
    July 6, 2013 - medical results referred to MOC, informed that decision will be made after approximately 8 weeks from the date of referral.
    August 13, 2013 - embassy informed me that my medical clearance was issued and will strive to finalize my visa as soon as possible.
    Augsut 16, 2013 - VISA GRANT! :D
    August 17, 2013 - received a text message from DIAC that my passport/documents was dispatched to the courier for delivery

    "No pain, No gain."

    We are curently waiting for updates with the regards to the assesment on
    your
    medical results. Please be advised that your medical test
    results were refered by the panel doctors to Global Health in Australia. As
    such the processing of your visa application may take longer than
    previously
    advised.

    As a medical examination has been undertaken as part of a visa application,
    we are unable to finalise any pending visa application without the health
    clearance. Rest assured your case officer will be in touch once updates are
    received from them.

    @Darwin ibig sabihin narefer ka sa MOC.. and wala pang binibigay na clearance ang MOC para mafinalise ung visa mo ng CO mo.. anong timeline mo?

    @Darwin same tayo ng case. my medical results are also referred to Global Health in Sydney last April. tagal ko na hinihintay. my CO has yet to receive my medical clearance. wala pa ako update ngayon, di kasi nag rerespond embassy sa emails ko.

    11/17/12: passed school application thru IDP * 12/4/12: received letter of offer (univ. of newcastle) * 12/12/12: credit application * 2/22/13: received new letter of offer * 2/26/13: paid deposit fee * 3/8/13: received COE and paid visa fee * 4/10/13: visa application thru IDP * 4/11/13: medical request from DIAC * 4/12/13: medical exam done * 4/19/13: SLEC uploaded my medicals * 4/12/13: medical exam done * 7/11/13: VISA GRANTED

    @tenseako Subclass 573 ako May 16, 2013 nagpa medical ako at May 18, 2013 medical uploaded ako. July 15, 2013 intake ako. Makaabot kaya ako? Wala naman additional na test na pinapagawa sa akin? Hindi rin sinabi kung ano ang problema?
