If they say yes for bridging and then proceed n looking for a school but schools also have their own requirement. That is what i meant there but if from the start aphra says no . Then no is no.
Either retake a 3 yr bsn degree in au or ask if pwdi sa 1 yr conversion..or get more hospital experience.
But aphra talaga may deciding power.. Kasi even after all those, sila lng naman ang end point nyan kasi they give us our licenses.
So doesnt matter maka pasok ng tafe course for 1 yr conversion or what.. After that apply lng din naman sa aphra ng license. So better talga consult with aphra anu suggestion nila...comply with it and hope for the best.

http://www.aicaeducation.com/etea/full-width/nursing/?doing_wp_cron=1370208339.4207580089569091796875 ... Eto bridging program, 3 months.
My understanding is, aphra assessment first then aphra says go.. Ok ka na kumuha ng either bridging or conversion.
Pag apply mu sa school may sariling requirement ang school.. So let's say na walang experience or less than 12 months experience or not hospital based but yung field experience ng school is a tertiary hospital. The school can say, ahhh d ka pwdi sa bridging namin.. Mababa or panget experience mu. Pero pwdi ka sa conversion kasi mas intensive and guided ata kasi mas matagal..so dun ka.
On this note, not all schools offer the bridging program kasi they earn more money sa conversion. Hence, may mga nurses under agency sa pinas punta sa conversion.. May 10% patong sila so they make more money sa conversion. Business po yan. Also may mga nurses with experience napupunta sa conversion kasi did not research and enquire enough if may cheaper/ shorter options.
If maganda or adequate experience naman, they can.. Ahhh pwdi ka sa3 months lng kasi pwdi ka naming iwan sa field may experience ka na eh..no further guidance needed. Polishing na lng.
Yan may convo pa yung explanation ko... Hahahaha!!! But yup open the lnk.. Sa conversion daming parang minor subjects pa.
Examples lng po .. Hindi po toh bible mag research na lng din. But ung bridging/ conversion pathway i believe it depends sa school and not pn aphra. But if aphra says na d ka pwdi mag bridging or conversion.. Patay kasi requirement ang aphra to go to school in either. Only other option is get more experience na relevant or 3 years bsn in au.
In the sense, the same sila kasi end result is r.n. in au. Different lng duration and cost and who it is for.
