What are the suburbs that are near at Sydney via train?

Ano po ba yung mga suburban na malapit sa Sydney na pwede i-take ng train? Mahal po kasi ng rent pag sa Sydney mismo. :(

    best way is to look at the map of the trains.. http://www.sydneytrains.info/stations/network_map

    you can travel as far as 1 hour away from sydney CBD and still have train stations..
    for example: Blacktown is famous for filipinos. approx 35-40 mins depende kung express or maraming stops ang train na nasakyan mo..

    You can also rent suburbs that are close to the train station for easy commuting .. to name a few - strathfield - burwood -flemington - lidcombe-auburn-granville-parramatta-westmead-merrylands

    Malaki ang blacktown ... in case some people here want to buy a property in blacktown .... check Quakers hill, Marayong and Woodcroft :)

    @kremitz here's the link to the network map Sydney trains - dito mo makikita ang suburbs na may train stations, pag wala dito then that's when they will catch a bus to go to the city (like suburbs in the innerwest) or drive to go to the nearest train station.

    hello all...tanong ko lang po...im pretty sure na ang roads jan is so unlike dito sa pinas na maaabot ng mga jeeps or taxis...jan po ba ang MAIN roads maaabot ng train and yung mga looban roads by bus?...parang sasakay ka ng LRT para dumaan ng taft avenue..tapos baba ka ng gil puyat at sakay ng bus pa-ayala??...hehe...

    @staycool - parang ganun na nga...

    when i stayed in sydney for a couple of weeks,
    - i stayed in Glenwood, bus ride 5-10 mins to the main train station which is Blacktown
    - then train from Blacktown to city (approx 30-40mins) .. connected na lahat..
    - may oras ang bus/train depende sa route, araw, kung peak time or not.. so dapat alam mo ang oras, para hindi ka maghintay ng mtagal sa bus stop or train station..
    - meron sa sydney na iphone app, para ma check mo ang route, time, fare..

    of course hindi lahat ng suburbs ganito... kaya kung wala ka pa car, dapat pili ka ng place na maganda location...

    I think mawawala ka pag first time mo mag road trip sa Sydney kung wala kang guide or gps. depende rin kung san ang route mo,pag western suburbs going to city at road trip mo ay sa motorway 2 e medyo mahihilo ka sa lane pag dating ng cahill expressway going to harbour bridge.hehe..pinakamaganda kung gumala ka ng Sydney (City area) ay mag tren ka na lang,download ka tren info ng railcorp.pag aralan mo yung route ng tren at interconnection between stations and buses. goodluck

    Ok din sa Northern part tulad ng Hornsby, Artarmon, Chatswood, Turramurra, wahroonga, etc. mas mahal nga lang upa compared sa Western part. Nung bagong dating kami eh sa Ashfield kami nag rent 20 min lang fron CBD. Nasa Inner West to
