    @KG2 wow good news!!buti ka pa may reply ako wla pdin hayy no idea kng ano trip nla gwin sa appkication ko pfft 2 wks na lng aug5 na orientation ko na pro qstn lnh ung sa eCoe ko nklgay aug 12 commencement start,un ba ung tntgnan ng diac?.
    @pepper bka ma no news is good news ko nung kelan lng c cookie18 hndi din nirereplyan sbay anjan na pla c grant :)

    Subclass 573 (SVP) commencement date Aug 12
    May 21 - lodged visa application
    May 23 - DIAC acknowledged application
    May 31 - Medicals NHSI
    June 4 - NHSI submitted results
    June 10 - Medicals referred to MOC June 4
    June 25 - was informed we needed addtl tests for hubby
    June 28 - hubby's meds uploaded and referred to HOC AUSTRALIA
    June 23 - received email from DIAC stating "we have recently received your husbands medical clearance".
    Aug 1 - request form 815 health undertaking passed it on the same day :)
    Aug 5 - emailed diac that i have to be able to attend uni on the 12th otherwise i would need to defer my course.
    Aug 6 - they might have read my email and issued a grant at 2pm
    Aug 7 - received sms that they have dispatched documents thru courier

    @maliboo - Yep I think so, kasi everytime na nag-rreply sa akin, lagi nilang sinasabi na, 'they're aware of my commencement date.. at kahit nung nagpa-extend ako.. C cookie18 din ang basehan ko at sana ganun din kahit di sila magreply basta sa anjan na si grant ok na ako... sana nga di ako muna ako nag-give up ng job ko sa singapore, para di ako ma-bored dito :(
    but anyway, at least i spent time with my family while waiting pero di ko naman akalain ganito pala kahirap mag-antay, samatanlang nung nag-apply ako ng AU tourist visa sa singapore, nagpasa lang ako ng papeles without any proof of funds at pinaantay ang ako ng 10working days, ayun pick up na lang ng grant visa...

    May 29 - Emailed me to undergo Medical

    June 06-21 - Constant/Everyday email to DIAC
    June 27 - Medical Results uploaded 4 June
    July1 - Follow up again
    July 6 (Sat) - CO Allocated
    July 9 - sent/asking Visa status update to my CO
    July 9, (PM) - We seek to finalise your visa application in the next 3 days- replied from Embassy
    July 12 - Embassy asked for update COE/Late arrival letter from my course provider
    July 15 - submit my updated COE to my CO Mr as per advised my Ms
    July 16 - acknowledged my submitted docs and they're aware of my new commencement date and my papers still on process.....
    July 15-17 - emailed them for status update and no reply since 16 July....
    July 22 - DIAC Emailed me and asked for bank history for
    July 23 - submitted Affidavit of support, bank history from my auntie
    July 25 - received a visa refusal letter..
    Reason for Visa Refusal
    These funds were not considered because the applicant has not provided evidence of regular income from her financial supporter.  
    July 26 - what a birthday present I received from Air21!!!

    Refusal letter made after 61days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    @pepper grabe naman sila. pwede naman nilang sabihin na wala pa. hehe. yung parang generic email nila. kahit pampalubag loob lang. Hehe. It will come, just have to trust Him. I hope maka alis ka na next week. :)

    @maliboo - better email mo sila na orientation mo sa Aug 5. para maging aware sila. sa aking offer letter kasi jul 15 commencemnt dates ko.
    Dba si payatot yun din nangyari, cold treatment. dumating din visa diba? so hintay2 ka na sa Monday @pepper.

    June 27, 2013 - visa lodgment confirmation text received
    July 2, 2013 - informed for medical
    July 3, 2013 - medicals done
    July 5, 2013 - medicals uploaded. NHSI informed me that there's no need for additional tests.
    July 6, 2013 - medical results referred to MOC, informed that decision will be made after approximately 8 weeks from the date of referral.
    August 13, 2013 - embassy informed me that my medical clearance was issued and will strive to finalize my visa as soon as possible.
    Augsut 16, 2013 - VISA GRANT! :D
    August 17, 2013 - received a text message from DIAC that my passport/documents was dispatched to the courier for delivery

    @pepper hindi na po kailangan nang heavy clothing sa NT, light clothing lang daw. Hehe. So manipis na Jacket dala ko. Sa SM surplus shop po di po ba meron silang winter jackets?

    @tenseako follow up mo medicals mo middle of september. para mapabilis. Good luck and God bless po sa inyng medicals. 73 days din hintay ko sa medicals ni misis until na receive nang CO.

    @KG2 grabe. 73days? nagsabi po ba sila sayo na aabot ng ganun time? ngsabi kasi sila ng approximately 8weeks daw kaya parang nkakahiya magtanong ng maaga. pero kung 8weeks kasi first week of sept 8weeks na din sya.. thank you ha..good luck din po sa inyo. inaantay ko din kelan dating ng visa ninyo, nakatutok. hehe

    @tenseako yung ika 8th week po sa aking pag hihintay ay June 28, pero July 18 na na receive ng CO. Yung iba nga sa UK inaabot nang 130 days. hehehe. pero dito sa pinoyau karamihan sa mga student visa maikli lang, merong 30 days, merong 10 days ata. Si @payatot - mabilis lang.

    July 9, (PM) - We seek to finalise your visa application in the next 3 days- replied from Embassy
    July 12 - Embassy asked for update COE/Late arrival letter from my course provider
    July 15 - submit my updated COE to my CO Mr as per advised my Ms
    July 16 - acknowledged my submitted docs and they're aware of my new commencement date and my papers still on process.....
    July 15-17 - emailed them for status update and no reply since 16 July....
    July 22 - DIAC Emailed me and asked for bank history for
    July 23 - submitted Affidavit of support, bank history from my auntie
    July 25 - received a visa refusal letter..
    Reason for Visa Refusal
    These funds were not considered because the applicant has not provided evidence of regular income from her financial supporter.  
    July 26 - what a birthday present I received from Air21!!!

    Refusal letter made after 61days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    @tenseako yup grabe ang anxiety pero read kalang sa mga experience ng mga members dito na na grant 3 days before nang klase. nakayanan din. there's always a way through any situation ika nga ma'am. ako nga grabe din ang anxiety ko kasi i am bringing my wife and 2-year old kid, no place to stay yet, our "kakilala" is on vacation pa. So pupunta kami dun with nothing but guts! Sana the glory will follow! hehe.

    Ayoko rin mag sobrang therapeutic sa comments ko kasi baka mag expect din kayo ng sobra. Hehe. Expect the worse, and hope for the best lang and do what you can mentality. If all else fails, exercise nalang para malimutan ang prob. LOL

    @KG2 ang galing mo nga eh. which only shows how strong you are. no choice din kayo kundi maghotel incase wala pa talaga matirhan. and dapat within 1 day may accommodation n kasi ang mahal naman ng hotels! almost pang-week na ung 1day nila.. pray pray lang tayo. SANA DUMATING NA! buti nga kasama mo wife mo at baby may pampalakas ng loob :D

    June 3, 2013 - paid tuition fee
    June 10, 2013 - accepted offer
    June 20, 2013 - eCOE given
    June 26, 2013 - visa lodge via IDP
    June 27, 2013 - visa lodgment confirmation text received
    July 2, 2013 - informed for medical
    July 3, 2013 - medicals done
    July 5, 2013 - medicals uploaded. NHSI informed me that there's no need for additional tests.
    July 6, 2013 - medical results referred to MOC, informed that decision will be made after approximately 8 weeks from the date of referral.
    August 13, 2013 - embassy informed me that my medical clearance was issued and will strive to finalize my visa as soon as possible.
    Augsut 16, 2013 - VISA GRANT! :D
    August 17, 2013 - received a text message from DIAC that my passport/documents was dispatched to the courier for delivery

    @pepper @KG2 hi guys, read ur post here...na inspire din ako ky KG2, somehow nbigyan akong hope na last week pa nawala... its so hard yung ganitong situation mabuti pa mabugbog nlng ako physically kysa ganito..huhuhuhu..they did ask me for extension letter din...grabe khirap yung student visa nung ng holiday visa ako grabe ang dali na grant..hay nako.

    Visa 573 QUT bachelor in nursing graduate entry (2 years)
    May 20- visa lodge @ via center
    May 21- received email from diac a confirmation of my visa lodge and needs to have medical exam within 5 days..
    May 25- medical exam nationwide health makati
    May 29- emai diac if they received my medicals, the confirmed that it was refered and it will take 8 weeks or more
    June 1st week- i asked for my medical results via email..nationwide health replied and gave me the results exept fir xray
    June 2nd week up to June 4th week- I sent them email 2x a week for the progress..replied same generated msg stating they dont have the medical clearance yet..
    July 6- I asked if i need the late arrival from school..K. Aurelio replied, i can do it and scan the letter and send it to them
    July 8- school gave me the said letter..they gave me up to july 29 , my commencment was suppose to be july 22..after that no reply from diac
    July 11- email diac asking what was the problem of my medical
    Exam result and that it made me fell anxious that maybe i have a serious condition.they replied i have to email the clinic about the result..
    July 12- email the clinic and they replied sending the all the results .this time they replied with the xray findings..the finding was clear cardio-pulmonary with no significant finding and thoracic levoscoliosis..
    July 13- i had myself by an ortho, turns out clinic findings was false..
    July 14- i email the clinic and diac about..clinic replied and justified that they were not wrong but when i replied and sked about the things to consider before they can come up about the levoscoliosis they did not reply..for diac they did not replied about it..
    July 19- diac email me and said i have to ask forthe declaration of late arrival from my schoo if they will not receive the medical clearance..i sent the letter again to them
    July 25-diac email and said they will give the result by july 26 6pm
    July 26- 8 am received an sms from air21 right after diac sms stating they already send my visa.

    thanks! stressed din ako sa gastusin, pasalamat ako sa family sponsors ko. anyway if everything falls into its proper place a few years from now mababawi din naman ang gastos eh. hehe.hindi nga ako ganun ka strong as you might think. nakakadepress din nung nag hihintay kami nang medicals. its a good thing natanggap na, then hindi na humingi nang health undertaking, so if dumating man on time or not, approved or denied(which is highly unlikely, not because marami akong pera but because umabot na dito application ko. :D ), OK na sa akin. Tutal nalaman ko na wala akong Hepa or HIV. LOL. Mahirap din kung part time gigolo trabaho mo eh. Joke lang!!! Knowing healthy tayo to wait for another 7 months is something to be thankful about.

    it will come din, wag sobrang stare baka matulala. hehehe.baka yung grant mo/ko isasabay sa SONA ni PNoy mamayang 1530H. Haha.

    Destination: Queensland
    Commencement: September 2013

    12 July 2013 - Lodged Application via IDP Manila (w/o my CoE and CAAW)
    15 July 2013 - Received Acknowledgement from the Australian Embassy via Text Message
    17 July 2013 - Advice for Medical
    18 July 2013 - Medical at St. Luke's Extension Clinic
    24 July 2013 - Medical Uploaded (according to St. Luke's)
    26 July 2013 - Submitted CoE and CAAW to DIAC via email
    9 August 2013 - Emailed the Embassy to ask an update.
    12 August 2013 - Embassy replied that my application was being assess under Assessment Level 3. That I still need to wait for a total of 60 working days. Emailed them back and said that I should be under SVP / Streamlined Visa, at the same time, I also informed and email IDP Manila about the matter.
    14 August 2013 - Received their response. Said that they will try to finalize my visa in two weeks, still on the 3rd of September. And said that my application was reallocated under SVP.
    16 August 2013 - Received an email from the embassy and text message. Visa Grant!

    My wait is finally over. Thanks God!

    @KG2 tama. basta healthy! pero ako d pa din okay mg-antay ng another 7months! grabe mag-1year na din ako ngeexpect. parang gusto na nga umayaw e! una na-reject ng schoo. tas d naman umabot ielts grade sa sunod na school and no choice but to take ELICOS para lang matuloy this year. wag naman na sana next year.. nkakahiya na sa ngfinance sa kn. huhu. ano po ba nging prob sa medical ng wife nyo?
