Yun pong mga 30 mins from CBD tapos accessible naman sa train/bus.
Nagtitingin tingin na din po kasi kami para alam namin saan pumili ng bahay na marentahan.
Baka kasi mag work from home ako tapos yung asawa ko paghanapin ko ng work sa CBD hehe. Thanks po!

Example.. Newtown, surry hills, alexandria etc. easter suburbs kami rent here is 500 plus plus per week.
Cheaper rentals are about 40-45 mins by train from the cbd 200-300 aud per week.
Example: chatswood, paramatta, liverpool etc. or western suburbs
I saw lots of cheap rental at cabramatta/ rooty hill in some areas pero no offense to people living there but most pinoys say it is comparable to tondo circa 90s when tondo was quite dangerous.
Dont bother sa northern suburbs.. Bihira ang rental na below 500-600 aud per week dun.
Check those links out kasi ok sa gumtree pero sometimes may mga scammers sa gumtree soi wont recommend.
