congrats to all of us! now we are ready to proceed with our medical, ok na kasi yung NBI and PCC namin.

@jvframos, yang PCC db yan ung Police Clearance sa country na tumira ka ng matagal? Naiprocess nyo po ba ung PCC nyo kahit wala pang CO? Kailangan ko kcng ikuha misis ko sa HK nmn, eh kailangan ng referral letter at db manggagaling sa CO un? Pano po ginawa nyo, gusto ko na sana maclear ung PCC ng misis ko bako pa dumating ang CO ko.

check mo kung anung requiremeng ng Police clearance sa coutry na un (HK)
may mga country kasi na hindi nman required ang referral letter ng CO, therefore pwede mo na gawin un..

pero meron din nmn countries na required ang referral letter ng CO, like sa SG, so kung sa SG ka hindi mo pa pwede i process un until wala ka ngang letter from CO..

1. Bank Statements (3 old bank statements showing salary credited from 3 out of 4 employers declared)
2. Tax documents (All Notice of Tax Assessment for the past 5 years in Singapore.)
3. Payslips (2-3 payslips per year of each employment. Not necessarily the 1st month and last month of employment within the company.)

Enough na kaya yan? Di ko na makuha yung mga old payslips ko. Yan na lang yung mga nahalungkat ko. Kung di pa ba enough, nanghihingi pa ba yung CO for more? Gustu ko i-upload yung mga contracts kaso di naman nya hiningi. At least proof yon ng start dates per company. Ok lang kaya magpakabibo? Or wait ko na lang kung hihingin nya pa?

@jvframos baka po pwede certificate of employment, stating kung kailan pa po kayo employed, salary included or maybe you could ask a photocopy of your contract from your HR then ipa certify niyo nalang? Ask niyo po si CO kung pwede yun..
@bluemist nope, they are different. nag downgrade kasi ako ng position from architect to draftsman. nirequest ko lang jun sa office so internal arrangement lang jun kaya di pwede palitan yung nasa contract ko. yung CoE lang ang pinalitan nila for the purpose of this visa application. So malaking conflict jun pay sinubmit ko yung contract ko.

I told my agent na we need to be honest at sabihin na magkaiba talaga ang nsa COE ko (architectural draftsperson) compare to my employment contract (Architect)... so haun, ang ngyari po skin last time eh nanghingi po ng dagdag documents ung VETASSESS like payslips, bank statements, contracts etc. as in talagang kinumpleto ko na kaya nagtagal talaga po ako sa vet. in God's grace naman po ay pumasa... sabihin nyo nlang po sa CO nyo na magkaiba ang position nyo sa COE and employment contract. I'm pretty sure na maiintindhan nila un..

If you have an agent, you can only get updates from his/her and not directly from DIAC.

@prettylala.. hi there, were on the same visa subclass but mine was already granted.. try to ask ur agent kng anu ung pasword nyo pra ma track nyo online.. but then pag my questions kayo bwt sa application nyo only ur agent can communicate to DIAC.. if u don't mind po sa anong state po ba kayo ngaun? Processing times for RSMS visa for non decision ready is 5-7months based on their website.. pro dahil sa dami ng backlog nla umaabot ng 10-12months ang processing nla ngayon.

Your application ba was decision ready??.. pag decision ready 1-3 months lg yan..

@prettylala..ung decision ready application is complete na lahat ng requirements including medical and police clearance and only applicants that have an agent can submit this type of application.. ksi parang my checklist yan ang agent which he or she will check and declare and sign na ang application m ay decision ready.. pag decision ready ksi priority kaagad yan ng diac. Wla akong agent ng nag lodge aq, nag basa2 lg aq sa mga forums and google ng google lg at gather infos.. Ask ur agent kng ok lg malaman ang pasword pra mkpag log in kau at ma check ang application nyo.

As ur husband is a 457 visa holder, hndi ka ba nya na process sa 457 visa nya as his dependent before?

@prettylala..yes that is the procedure.. ksi c hubby wlang valid visa papasok ng OZ so the only option to him to enter australia is to apply a visitor visa.. so paglapag nya ng oz on the next day na approve kaagad ang PR namin.. So probably on your case ganyan din ang mangyayari ksi c hubby m ay onshore at ikw ay offshore..

On your question, if you want to go to OZ on december for a holiday you need to apply for a visitor visa..

@Arch_Onin as advised by my agent, we don't have to present the contract. my 1 year bank statement will prove na may salary ako from the company. Also, I have submitted na may updated payslips and CoE before. baka in addition, i will submit my increment letter.

@RepotSirc yes PCC is the police clearance from the countries where you stayed for the last 10 years and NBI fif you stayed in the Philippines. Here in Dubai, after we lodge our visa application, kahit wala pa kaming CO nakakuha na kami ng PCC. Dubai Police do not require referral letter from CO. But from what I read from this forum, in SG, you need referral letter from CO. So case to case basis din sya, better ask you host country of their requirement as this is not always the general case.

question po pano po malalaman na may CO na bukod sa eemail ka niya mismo? meron po ba indication sa skillselect page like example the status was changed from EOI submission to Submitted then to Invited after the invitation? salamat po
