Hello po. Gusto ko lang po idocument dito yung journey ko sa pag apply ng visa. Pangpatanggal lang ng stress. Medyo nakakastress po kasi.

Isa po akong Senior Systems Analyst na nagtatrabaho sa kasalukyan dito sa States (L1) visa. May employer doesn't want to process my Green Card kasi di pwede sa company.

Wednesday - March 7, 2012

Nung Monday po ay nagpasa na ako sa ACS. May feedback na po sila na nanghihingi ng updated Employer References. Nagulat nga ako at ang bilis! Nakagawa na po ako and ipapasa ko na sa Monday. Hopefully maging OK. Kinakabahan lang ako baka tawagan nila yung employer pero bahala na!

March 5 - ACS submitted......
March 20 - ACS result.. Suitable (Analyst Programmer)
March 10 - IELTS Passed!
June 23 2012 - Sent my paper based application to Adelaide.
June 26, 2012 - DIAC received and sent a receipt.
August 9, 2012 - Received Medical and NBI Clearance Request.
August 10, 2012 - Had a Medical Exam on a Panel Doctor
August 13, 2012 - NBI Clearance application.
August 23, 2012 - Medical Results was submitted by the Panel Doctor.
September 2, 2012 - NBI clearance received by DIAC.
Visa Grant! - September 6, 2012!!!

    Saka kung nasa SOL din yung asawa mo e mas maganda kumuha na rin siya ng IELTS and skills assessment para if ever kung sin ang mas mataas ang points for migration we siya na rin ang mag-apply as principal applicant. :)

    Ang bilis nga po eh. Nakakagulat! March 5 po pala ako nag file. Di pala March 7. Ganun po ba talaga yun? Di ko po ini-expect. Akala ko po next month pa! 12 days!??? Pero ayun po, nagtatalon ako sa saya ngayon. Di na nga ako makakain ng dinner sa sobrang saya!

    Sana maging OK IETLS ko maski 7 band lang lahat.

    Kung magpa-state sponsorship po ako, pwede po ba ako mag stay sa Aus ng halimbawa ng 1 week and then balik sa Pinas? Kasi baka di pa tapos yung mga commitments ko po sa work kung halimbawa pumasa ng maaga.

    There are two things:

    1) Initial Entry Date (IED) - example ma grant visa mo at nakalagay na IED is Dec 2012.. so u need to satisfy that.. you need to enter before that date, patatak ng passport, then pwde kana bumalik pinas...

    2) the second thing is the expiration ng visa, i believe 5 years un.. so within 5 years.. kailangan makabalik ka to finally settle..

    ang kaibahan lang ng 176, is you need to stay sa state for the first 2 years of your stay,
    sa 175 wlang restrictions pwde ka magstay kaht saang state..

    pareho pala tayo.. im working din with L1 visa for an oil and gas company dito sa US.. in case di man maka-apply ng gc dito, kaya im pursuing my oz dream..

    Kukuha ka din ba ng FBI dito sa at mga police and state clearances? Nagsubmit na ako ng application sa FBI kasi sabi 2-3 months daw ang processing nila... :(

    March 5 - ACS submitted......
    March 20 - ACS result.. Suitable (Analyst Programmer)
    March 10 - IELTS Passed!
    June 23 2012 - Sent my paper based application to Adelaide.
    June 26, 2012 - DIAC received and sent a receipt.
    August 9, 2012 - Received Medical and NBI Clearance Request.
    August 10, 2012 - Had a Medical Exam on a Panel Doctor
    August 13, 2012 - NBI Clearance application.
    August 23, 2012 - Medical Results was submitted by the Panel Doctor.
    September 2, 2012 - NBI clearance received by DIAC.
    Visa Grant! - September 6, 2012!!!

    @jeffrey_craigslist - yes i guess kailangan ko din ang FBI, im thinking these strategies:

    a) kung 175 ang apply ko, kukuha ako ng fbi pag mga after 6 months na ang application ko sa DIAC..

    b) kung 176 ako - kukuha ako mga aftr 2-3 months (ex. apply ako May2012, so kukuha ako ng FBI starting July)

    para just in time sa pag-assign ng CO..

    Jan 04, 2012 - EA application submitted | Feb 23, 2012 - EA assessment result (IE ANZSCO 233511)
    May 8, 2012 - Lodged GSM 175 online application | June 4, 2012 - CO Allocated
    June 22, 2012 - Medicals Finalized | Aug 30, 2012 - PCCs Completed (PH, UAE, USA)
    Sep 3, 2012 - Visa Granted (IED Jun 11, 2013) Thank You Lord!
    Oct 16-28, 2012 - Initial Entry Completed - Sydney
    July 28, 2013 - Final move to Perth
    Sep 9, 2013 - Started work with the same company i worked for in UAE/USA
    Oct 28, 2013 - Moved to another company.. ;)

    @lock_code2004 : Thanks for the insight. Follow-up question lang po, if God willing maka-grant po 176 visa namin (myself, hubby and 9 year son), do we really need to enter OZ to satisy IED or pede din na ako na lang muna then balik sa Pinas? Thanks in advance.

    For Visa 176, CO allocation is within maximum of 1 month..if it takes long to get the FBI cert then get it already or start processing already so it will not delay your application....
