Pasensya na at mahaba ang esasalaysay ko, sana matulongan nyo ako sa mga katanungan kong mga ito:
Ako po ay isang electrical engineer, na balak mag pa assess sa Engineers Australia ng aking BSEE qualification at work experience. Ako po ay my dalawang trabaho.
Sa mahigit na sampung taon po ako ay nagtututro ng electrical engineering sa college level ng isang university.
Ako po ay isa ring self-employed na consultant electrical engineer sa isa o dalawang mga maliliit na kumpanya sa mga engineering projects ng mga ito. Sa isang taon minsan may isa, dalawa, o hanggang tatlong projects kami.
Binabayaran naman ako ng mga kumpanyang ito, pero hindi na ako nag e issue ng receipts sa mga cliente ko, at hindi na rin nag fa file ng income tax sa ating tax agency mula sa income ko bilang consultant engineer.
Mabibigyan naman ako ng mga cliente ko ng certificate na magpapatunay na naging cliente ko sila, pati na rin kung magkano ang binayad nila sa akin.
Ngayon po, isa sa apat na requirements ng Engineers Australia para sa mga self-employed na mga engineers kagaya ko bilang engineering consultant (at pati na rin ng DIAC kung sakaling makaabot ako sa kanila) ay wala ako, ang "receipts issued for projects." At kung aabot pa ako sa DIAC, siguradong hihingi din sila ng receipts issued for the projects at ng income tax return mula sa income ko sa mga projects ko sa mga naging clients ko.
Ang mga tanong ko po sana ay:
1) Sino po sa inyo ang nasa parehong sitwasyon ko dati man o ngayon?
2) Wala po bang conflict sa dalawa kong trabaho kung sakali e assess na ng Engineers Australia, or DIAC? Kasi dati, my naririnig ako na ang my parehong sitwasyon daw sa akin ay makikitaan ng conflict sa dalawang trabaho.
3) Ano po ba ang pwede kong gawin?

Actually my isang migration agent na nagsabi sa akin my naging cliente na daw sila dati na pareho yung situation sa akin, at slim daw ang chance ko kasi masyadong istrikto daw ang EA, at magkakaproblema daw ang pangkalahatang application ko sa DIAC later on.
Pero my isa namang migration agent nag sabi sa akin, na yung sa trabaho ko as consultant engineer nalang daw ang ilagay ko sa resume at huwag na ang sa teaching. Pero parang hindi ko naman gusto iyon kasi nilalagay naman talaga dapat ang lahat ng mga documented work experience sa resume.
Kung hindi ko naman epapa assess ang work experience ko as consultant engineer, hindi naman pwede kasi pagkukunan iyon ng career episodes ko, tsaka magiging maliit masyado ang points ko. Nalilito na nga talaga ako kung ano ang dapat gawin.
Kayo po ba jepoy527, gumamit po ba kayo ng migration agent? Baka my ma essuggest kayo na migration agent dyan.
Ang taas pala ng ielts score nyo po, ano ang naging review center nyo sa ielts?

Actually po, wala sa mga responsibilities ng electrical engineer ang teaching.
Tama po ba pag kakaintindi ko ng qualification yo, architect kayo kasi nagtuturo kayo sa architecture pero nag pa assess kayo sa vetassess, kasi wala din kayong experience as architect, pero my experience kayo as architectural draftsperson?
Kaya nang nagpa assess kayo sa vetassess iyung architectural draftsperson ang ginamit ninyo, at hindi yung pagiging architect nyo po? Ano po ba ang tama?
Ganito po ang tanong ko, kasi pinag iisipan ko din, na baka mag apply nalang ako sa visa subclass 190, instead ng visa subclass 189, kasi sa CSOL, mayroon duong University Lecturer, parang nababagay sa teaching experience ko, pero hindi ko pa alam kung vetassess na rin ang mag aassess ng teaching experience ko sa electrical engineering.
Ang isa ko pang pangamba ho, baka walang state na mag nonominate sa akin bilang university lecturer kasi alam mo na mas magagaling or maraming magagaling doon mga professors kaysa sa atin... at kung mayroon mang kukuha sa akin, baka matagal na matagal din ang aabutin...
Sya nga pala ho, hindi nyo ba pinag isipan kunan ng points as university lecturer iyong teaching experience nyo sa architecture or architecture draftsperson?
Ano po ba sa palagay nyo?

- mahirap to magkaiba sila ng sagot. Pero may point si boss @jvframos at yung isang migration agent, mas ok na yung consultant engineer na lang ang gamitin mo for EA assessment kasi hindi pasok sa iisang ANZSCO code yung dalawang experience mo.
- ang prublema mo lang naman pag consultant engineer ang pina-assess mo, walang ITR at receipt. yung receipt pwede mo lang gawan ng paraan sa Recto yan.hehe! ang mahalaga kasi, pag tinawagan nila yung mga clients mo mave-verify nilang tutuo nga yung mga services na ginawa mo para sa kanila.
- ang mahirap yung sa ITR. pwede kang gumawa ng fake ITR pero pag tumawag sa BIR (kung tatawag nga ba?), dun ka mayayari.
- kaya ko lang naman nabanggit tong paggawa ng "fake" receipts at ITR kasi assuming tama si migration agent #1, you have nothing to lose naman kasi slim nga daw ang chance mo. pero as much as possible, kung may chance sa case mo, mas ok na puro legal docs lahat ang ipasa mo para hindi ka kakaba-kaba. otherwise, TAKE RISK talaga kung desidido kayong makapunta ng Australia.

- wala akong migration agent sir kasi simple lang naman yung sa case ko. pag nagkaprublema na lang sa EOI at VISA application (SANA WAG naman) BAKA i-consider ko ang kumuha ng migration agent. try nyo ang Respall sir baka makatulong sa inyo yun. kung pareho pa rin ang sagot ni Respall sa sagot ni agent #1, TAKE RISK na lang talaga kung desidido talaga kayo.Mas mabuti nang sinubukan nyo kesa later on you'll ask yourself "what if...". (Bad influence ba?hehe...)
Ang taas pala ng ielts score nyo po, ano ang naging review center nyo sa ielts?
- self-review lang ako sir kasi mayabang ako e. haha! kidding aside, dalawang attempts ako sa IELTS kasi sumabit ako sa Writing sa first take ko dahil 2 hours lang ata tulog ko prior to exam sa sobrang excited o kabado siguro. Swerte at pinagpala naman ako sa 2nd take.
