@peach17 ikaw ung maghahanap ng box para sa sarili mong gamit. prefer daw nila approx 10 kg per box kasi may mga work regulations/protections about lifting/back pains.

ikaw din ang mghahatid sa syd depot nila, pero sila na bahala door-to-door delivery sa ibibigay mong adl address.

pinadala namin ang mga makakapal/mabibigat na winter clothing na binagay sa amin ng kamag-anak sa syd, at iba pang 'less valuable' items.

Usually po kapag may nagustuhan na kayong house to stay in Adelaide, how may days it will take to finish the transaction?

Depending on who are you dealing with, If share-house mabilis lang basta available na ung room then lipat kana agad. For the houses via house agent transactions will take longer because they will do more background check on you first (like employment status, referral from your previous landlord).

Me and my wife received our visas last nov 01, eh gusto umalis na agad ng wife ko this december. Pwde ba na mauna ang wife (na secondary application) ko na umalis? Then susunod na lang aku (aku maing applicant) after 3 months cguro?

@civdlcrz I got a different comment on one of the discussion. Ganito sabe:

I think this depends on the visa condition that you can see on your grant letter, if it says NIL then the secondary can go to au prior to the main applicant. Hope it helps. Thanks!

Visa conditions namen ng wife ko is NIL at ibig daw sabihin nun eh "Null" so walang visa conditions. Permanent Residence Sub Class 190 ung visa namen.

Eto ung usapan nila...

hi all
me and my wife have been granted a sub class 190 permanent visa. my wife is the primary applicant and i am the secondary applicant in this visa. I want to conform that weather i being the secondary applicant can enter australia before my wife.

check your grant letter - if you do not have visa condition 8502 (The holder of the visa must not enter Australia before the entry to Australia of a person specified in the visa.) then you can enter before her.

monica i had one more query. We had a new born baby added to our family. I want my baby's name added to the visa. will i have to pay the visa fees again for the baby as me and my wife had already been granted PR visa

@civdlcrz Thank you for the advice, I did sent an email to my CO and below is his reply

Dear [Main Applicant],

Thank you for your email.

You are correct, that there are no other visa conditions on this visa accept the ‘First Entry Date’. The effect is that the secondary applicant, CAN enter Australia before you. However ALL visa applicants MUST make their first entry to Australia before the date of 27 August 2014 for the visas to be activated.

Not all visas are like this and some do have other visa conditions, just in your case you only have the ‘First Entry Date’.

So kapag NIL pala ung initial date of entry lang pala ung pinaka-condition lang nya and nothing else.

Adelaide bound po kami last week of March 2014. Any recommendation for short term stay na apartments?

May nababasa kasi ako na mga websites na di naman talagang nag papa rent at tatngayon lang pera nyo.

May isa po akong nakitang site below... maybe anybody can give feedback or recommend similar accomodation?
