Visa Type - 309 Spouse Provisional, no agent
Jan 16, 2013 - Lodge Visa Application
Jan 17, 2013 - Acknowlegement Email received, request NSO and medical
Jan 25, 2013 - Health check
Apr 27, 2013 - Sent an enquiry email to Embassy
May 3, 2013 - Received reply from Embassy, CO was allocated to my application, no additional docs requested...
July 5, 2013 - Submitted additional doc
July 12, 2013 - Resent additional doc
July 18, 2013 - VISA granted!!!
July 22, 2013 - Touch Down... Sydney Australia :)
Dec. 03, 2014 - Immi sent notice/letter requesting documents for PR
Feb. 09, 2014 - Application for 2nd Stage (PR 801) sent online... Waiting game starts again...

    I just want to ask kung gaano po katagal bago maapprove yung spouse visa application... starting na malodge yung application sa case officer..?

    Hi! Kelan kayo nag lodge ng application? Kame kase ng husband ko last April 9. Nareceive ng embassy April 12. Tapos medical namen April 19 & April 24. Until now naghihintay pa rin kme..July 22 commencement ng husband ko..orientation today na namiss nya =(

    Nag lodge ako june 3, na acknowledge June 11. Tapos na din ako sa medical, waiting for CO allocation, naka indicate sa email nila na umaabot ng 8 weeks ang pg allocate and hindi sila sasagot sa any visa status queries kpg nsa within 8 weeks p ang visa application..

    June 05 - Application lodged Partners Visa Subclass 309 VIA Centre
    June 11 - received acknowledgement email from DIAC
    July 08 - Medicals done, additional documents submitted VIA
    July 11 - Additional documents submitted, NSO BC and MC
    Aug 19 - CO allocated

    Waiting.....

    Just got my visa today!!! 309 spouse... I applied january 16th... 6 months and 2 days... Sticker nlng ready na to fly on sunday. Both me and hubby are so happy:)

    Oct 28, 2013 - Moved to another company.. ;)

    Partner Visa - Spouse Subclass 309(No agent)

    08 May 13 - Booked for Courier Pick-up (from Iloilo)
    10 May 13 - Application picked up by Air 21
    14 May 13 - Application received by Australian Embassy Manila
    18 May 13 - Received Acknowledgement Letter (Requested to undertake Medical Examination & to file request for NSO copies of Birth Cert. and Marriage Cert.)
    22 May 13 - Medical Examination Done at NHSI - Cebu
    29 May 13 - Received an email from NSO confirming that docs requested were received by VIAC
    01 July 13 - CO allocated as confirmed by CSR from the Immigration (No details)
    14 Nov 13 - Spouse Visa (309) Granted
    12 Jan 14 - Arrival in Adelaide

    Hello ladynjune. I am also waiting for my visa to be granted soon. Fingers crossed, it'll be end of this month. I lodged mine in June. February will my 8th month hoping for the most elusive visa grant.
